Apartment located within an ancient palace of 400 where once was born the namesake theater Real Teatro Umberto I°, the house is located a stone's throw from the artistic wonders of the historic center of Palermo, within the Arab-Norman route recognized heritage of 'UNESCO .



The accommodation, located on the second floor without elevator, opens onto an open space in which there is both the sleeping area consisting of a queen-size bed and the living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table and television, from this environment you can access the small balcony. The kitchen is independent and complete with the main equipment. A bathroom with shower stall completes the layout of the house.



*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
