Expansive backyard perfect for kids and pets, with a heated pool, safety fence, fire pit, sun loungers, dining table, and gas grill. Note: The pool always has the safety fence up for childrenâs safety.

Additional Details
- Guest House: There is a separate guest house on the far right side of the estate that is occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant does not have access to the outside amenities and will not disturb guests.
- Minimum age requirement of 30 years to book.
- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guestâs driverâs license and a signed rental agreement.

Sunny Acres is perfect for private events. An event fee covers the use of the property and its facilities and is based on the number of guests. Additional details:
- Refundable event security deposit: $1,000
- Event insurance and vendor liability insurance required
- Minimum three-night stay required for event bookings
- Site visits available when no guests are staying
