Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
- Master bedroom features a king size bed and tray ceilings with a view of the infinity pool/spa and canal.
- Master bathroom includes double vanities, a soaker tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
- Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 each have queen size beds and TVs.
- The 4th upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed with two twin trundles (sleeping 4 comfortably), a private bathroom, and an office/sitting area with a smart TV.
Kitchen and Dining:

Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
