This beautiful 2-Bedroom/2-bathroom condo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach!  Just 700 yards from this unit is the private beach access to sugar-white sands and emerald Gulf waters. Located on the second floor, this newly renovated condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom, twin hall bunk beds, sleeper sofa in the living room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. There is also a washer and dryer for the convenience of the guest!  Take a stroll to the beach, chill by one of the 4 pools, play a game of tennis on the courts, or a round of mini golf! Private beach access can be found next to the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, where beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. Private Beach Access is next to Sandpiper Beacon Resort! You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from Sandpiper during your stay!

Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands through Horizon South's online registration site or upon arrival at the Horizon South Office. Parking passes and wristbands need to be picked up from the Horizon South office prior to checking in. All guest 6 years or older are required to wear a wristband. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror. Prices: Wristband-$20.00 each for 10 days or less, or $40 each for 10 days or more | Vehicle Parking Pass-$25.00 each for 10 days or less, or $50 each for 10 days or more | Trailer Parking Pass-$40.00 and is good for only 10 days. These prices may be subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be displayed in the online registration system provided at the time of booking.

With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site.
