Tämä 2. kerroksen huoneisto voidaan joko vuokrata neljältä makuuhuoneelta tai kolmen makuuhuoneen ja yhden makuuhuoneen hyötysuhteelta, joka nukkuu 4.

Veden päämakuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja kaapeli-tv sekä upeat näkymät merelle ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Päämakuuhuoneessa on yksityinen kylpyhuone, jossa on poreallas.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio seinällä.

Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio seinällä.

Olohuoneessa on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat merinäköalalla, pääsy ylimitoitetulle parvekkeelle ja kuningatar vedä sohva.

Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa tai tehokkuudessa on king-size-vuode, kahden hengen kokoinen kerrossänky, 55 tuuman taulutelevisio kaapelikanavilla, merinäköala ja oma parveke valtameren näköalalla. Siinä on oma kylpyhuone porealtaalla. Siinä on myös minikeittiö.

Yhdeksän jalan katto, kruunuvalu, laattojen koko, graniitti työtasot, kattotuulettimet kaikkialla ja marmoriset puutarha-ammeet ja suihkut, joissa on suihieronta, tässä huoneistossa on kaikki! Tältä 2. kerroksen parvekkeilta on näkymä 1 700 metrin laajuiselle sokerinvalkoiselle hiekkarannalle.

Lots of space

Overall, very nice unit. Our family of 5 enjoyed all the space we had family that couldn’t make it. We had fun playing cards at the large kitchen table. The balcony and beach chairs were a plus. Pretty nice view even with the pool bar roof in direct view. The furniture is nice, beds are decent. A few things were missing from previous VRBO places I’ve stayed at. A broom would be useful in the unit along with baking dishes to use in the oven. Hair dryers, coasters to protect your nice furniture are a suggestion. Check in and communication were easy. The security staff are friendly and present. The unit’s ice maker was completely solid with ice so that was a bummer for not packing a cooler or making drinks. Definitely not the owners fault.

Thanksgiving trip

The room was super spacious and clean. It is decorated nicely. It had a couple of maintenance things that needed attention. The actual resort is very strict on their rules of the wristbands and parking passes. It would’ve been expected and totally understandable if it were summer time, but when nobody is really even there, it was a little excessive. There would be like 5 people at the pool and the guard would make laps around making sure that everyone had their wristbands on (you couldn’t just have them with you or on your bag but had to be on your body. And we got cited because our Parking pass didn’t have our departure date on it. However, the resort is very nice and clean. It was decorated very nicely for Christmas and we would definitely stay there again.

Condo needs repairs

4th bedroom is size of a walk in closet. Highly disappointed. Both walk in showers did not have good seals so wasted clean towels for water leakage. Oven door coming apart and burner dials couldn't be read. No pot holders or dish rags in kitchen and one bath towel per person. I believe should be two. Renting this bring some from home.

I was worried about a condo at first as we usually stay in a townhouse but I was very pleased! The elevators were fast! The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Communication with manager was very easy and they responded quickly! My only complaint was security knocked on our door after 11PM for a float that was outside of our door. I feel like they should make rounds earlier!

Nice, comfortable stay

The property was spacious and comfortable for 12 people. 8 adults, 4 kids ranging from 1 to 9. There were a few quirks to the unit such as having a hard time finding light switches, coffee maker not being cleaned, vacuum not having wheels on it. But the beds were comfortable, and it was a convenient location. The furniture was not the same as pictured, but we were satisfied with what we had. They even updated the outdoor furniture while we were there (and they notified us beforehand which we appreciated). We also liked the minimal decor and sturdy furniture (no breakable decor). I was glad we brought trash bags, hair dryers, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. The Walmart is convenient for anything forgotten. There is a live band that plays each night; it was a joy to listen to and did not go late into the night. The bar/restaurant blocked some of the view, but we still got great shots of the sunset. The pool was wonderful and well kept. The staff on site was on top of the ball; they were very kind and helpful. They enforced rules such as arm bands, no drinks in pool, and kids out once and hour, but they were very kind about it and did not affect us enjoying the amenities.. There was a coffee/corner market directly below the unit. It was an easy walk to the beach. It felt secluded, but was close to everything. The food at the hotel bar was great. In all, we were happy with our 4 day stay, and we would consider staying with this management group again.

Very nice place. The door to balcony was very hard to open but maintenance came the last day and fixed. The AC quit working as well but was fixed within 24 hours. The room with the queen bed is super tiny. Unable to walk on either side of bed so you have to crawl from the bottom of the bed to get in. No closet or dressers in this room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Vacation Made Easy

This condo was just what we needed for our family getaway. We walked in and everything was clean, nothing needed to be done. It was very spacious and their was plenty of room for my immediate family and in-laws. The 3 bathrooms definitely helped make things easy with bathing kiddos. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Misrepresented

The unit was completely misrepresented. The photos were old and in no way showed the actual condition of the condo. The living room furniture that was in the unit is old and broken down. Only the master suite had furniture other than beds and nightstands. Therefore, there was no place to put our clothes other than the linen closets. The sliding door to the balcony was so hard to open that it took two adults to open and close it. A maintenance man came and worked on it but he said he couldn’t do much for it. When we got to the unit it was filthy. We had to call to have it cleaned. There was sand everywhere, floors, couches, everywhere. The kitchen was sparsely outfitted and the ice maker was frozen up. But we fixed that problem. We loved the location of the unit, and once it was cleaned we felt much better about it.

Spring Break

We found 3 cockroaches and reported to property management and they were responsive in saying they would have it addressed no one came and upon second email they never responded. Bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. Pool made the kids get out the last 10 minutes of every hour and didn’t allow them to have any pool tools. Property isn’t very kid friendly. The kids play area water was freezing cold. Security guards were very nice and friendly! Location was great when trying to find places to eat or entertainment.

Annual Beach Getaway 2022

We had a good stay at the Boardwalk Beach Resort as usual. However, the property/unit that we stayed at had a few issues that we tried to get resolved while we were there, but no responses from local maintenance or ECDI on these items were received. The drains in the two guest bathroom showers were slow to drain and the microwave over the stove would not work properly and even wamr up food or coffee.

Suggestions

The resort is great. The room was nice but a few suggestions for you. The living room furniture needs to be replaced with sturdy furniture. The furniture was not the same as in the listing. The dining room chairs need to have the bolts tightened as one almost fell when I moved it. The water and ice in the refrigerator door do not work. I bought ice trays and left them for the next visitors. The master beds are very high. I would mention that in the listing. The washer needs to be cleaned from build up. The garage disposal does not work. I really enjoyed the condo and suggest making these changes.

Would not return to this specific condo

The property overall was fine. We were just disappointed in some things. The beach was beautiful. The restaurant/ bar was great for lunches with amazing staff. It was nice that the condo was on a lower level for if/when you needed to take the stairs. Things I wish we had known - Kids 12 and under are required to get out of the pools (including splash pad) for the last 10 minutes of EVERY hour. Every morning we were woke up from the sound of the trash truck right outside the window. Negatives - 1. Hundreds of dollars of groceries to last the family all week were destroyed in the refrigerator that did not work. They were unsympathetic and would not compensate our loss. 2. If we had not lost our groceries and wanted to cook there were no good pots or pans to do so. They were all in bad condition. 3. The room with the full size bed that has the window to the walkway, has a bright light that is on at night right outside the window. So the room was like it had a light on the whole time. There were no blinds just light curtains that did nothing to block the light out. So if you have light sensitivity while sleeping that room is not for you. 4. The shower curtain had mold on it. The washer was full of mold and a vile smell. The bed sheets were still damp the first night. The dryer was full of sand, not cleaned out at all. Overall it could have been cleaned much better.

Over all nice stay every thing seemed clean enough except for the floors they were sandy and our bare feet were black. The The second floor was very convenient for the stairs right beside the room to get up and down but the building In front of the condo was a little noisy because of the air conditioning unit and it did obstruct the view of the ocean a bit not a dealbreaker though. I do suggest bringing crockpots and some cutlery because they were a little bear with those items. There was some loose fixtures in the adjacent condo bathroom in front of the building but nothing too bad . The condo is very roomy had a very nice set up beds were comfortable The outside accommodations were very nice it was a beautiful facility . We stayed here years ago in a different condo and I will still have to give it a thumbs up

Perfect location!

We loved the location but were really disappointed in the kitchen supplies. When we arrived on Saturday there was only three spoons, one knife, shoddy pans, no blankets and no broom and the ice maker didn’t work either. I sent a message on Sunday to management that was addressed on Wednesday. A gentleman named Chris came and looked over everything, and within a couple hours came back with all new silverware, pots and pans, blankets and a broom. They were all of good quality too. So my complaint in the end would just be they were slow to respond. We were close to everything and on a quieter street than the main one, Front Beach Road so that was great. Loved the Tiki Bar and Grill right on the property!

The Good, the Bad and the Takeaway

The GOOD: Nice furniture in master and throughout Pool and hot tub are nice Parking is easy Spacious and plenty of room for our group of 8 Elevators were quick and not much waiting On-site staff was super nice Quick walk to the beach Balcony is spacious Everything has been recently updated/painted and looks very nice The BAD: This is the WORST appointed condo I have ever stayed in Literally only ONE spoon in the entire kitchen, although we bought a few pieces of silverware and left them There is NOTHING “extra”…ZERO. No salt and pepper. No dishwasher tabs to get you started. One dish cloth Hardly any towels or wash cloths for the bathrooms. Don’t hope there will be any sand toys or beach chairs in the closet because there are NOT (although we left sand toys in the closet today) No extra blankets. What you get is a bedspread and THAT’S IT. The master bedroom bed is very pretty, but the footboard has column designs at the end that stick way out so prepare to have some nasty bruises You’re on the 2nd floor, which normally I thought would be fine; however, YOU ARE RIGHT AT/ABOVE THE TIKI BAR. It obscures half of your view, and they have horrible bands on the weekends. The band is so loud, you can’t hear the ocean and you need to keep the doors closed, unless you enjoy hearing what sounds like bad karaoke. When the bad is NOT playing, you still can’t hear the ocean over the sound of the HVAC system on the tiki bar. The condo was generally “clean” as long as you don’t look too closely. If you walk barefoot on the laminate flooring (which looks pretty and doesn’t show dirt) the bottoms of your feet will be as black as if you walked through a parking lot. The ice maker doesn’t work If you enjoy rock hard pillows, you’re in luck. The Takeaway: Bring your own pillows and if you plan to cook - or even EAT - in this condo, be prepared to bring everything you might possibly need, or go buy it, but there is a high likelihood they won’t have it. For the price, I expected a much better experience, and would NOT have rented this condo if I knew it was literally right above, and obscured by, the tiki bar. I realize these things probably seem silly to most, but we rarely have the opportunity to go on vacation and when we do, I would like our stay to be nice, and get what we pay for. I also would’ve liked know these things prior to renting this unit, because that would’ve influenced my decision.
