Welcome to your ideal coastal retreat! Centrally located between Panama City and Panama City Beach, this charming home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing the perfect haven for family and couples' getaways. Situated just a leisurely one-mile walk from the pristine beaches, moments away from downtown Panama City, St. Andrews, and beach amusements. The home is a quick and hassle-free drive to both Naval Station Panama City and Tyndall Air Force Base. The main floor living area consists of an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. A half bath and laundry room are situated to the back exit of the home which extends to outdoor living space with sofa, table & chairs and umbrella, propane grill; all lit with cafe lights. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen size sofa sleeper. The second story features the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms feature a queen size bed with small patio overlooking the neighborhood, and a middle bedroom with a full size bed. A second full bathroom is in the second story. All space is available to guests, excluding a small storage area. The best way to reach us is through the AirBNB app or Ring camera on the front of the home.
