Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a large renovation project from August 2025 through April 2026. Work will be done daily 7AM-5PM. Work will be done on the concrete exterior of the buildings, you can expect hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work. Balconies will be closed during active construction and balcony furniture will be placed inside the unit during those periods. Construction noise will be ongoing throughout the project that may make balconies uncomfortable even when they are open for use. Beach access will be available at all times for guests and owners. At least one pool will be open however, circumstances may cause a day or so that all pools may need to be closed. The first row of parking nearest the buildings will not be available for parking during the project and there will be a covered walkway from the paring area to the buildings for safety reasons.

Inside Long Beach Tower 3 Condo 501 you can unwind in the comfort of 1850 sq ft of wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the beach. Three large en-suite bedroom/bathrooms are separated by a spacious den/dining area and an amply furnished kitchen. Take advantage of the french door refrigerator, Fiesta Ware and Corelle dishes, dishwasher, full-size range and microwave. At the entrance to the third bedroom is a mini-cabinet with microwave and small refrigerator. You will enjoy our updated cabinets with beautiful granite counter tops.

The Jellyfish Retreat Master Bedroom & Stork's Hideaway Guest Bedroom open to a spacious beachfront balcony with comfortable polywood furniture. The Sandy Shores 2nd Master Bedroom also offers a private balcony with Adirondack chairs that overlook the Grand Lagoon pool and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The open floor plan great room overlooks the shimmering white sands and the emerald waters of Panama City Beach. The great room provides a comfortable leather sofa with two coordinating side chairs and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area is also beachfront. The dining table provides seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar! The dining room provides plenty of room to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and play cards and board games!

Spectacular is the word for all of the renovated bathrooms! Two have large walk-in showers, a built-in seat with an accessible hand-held shower, a rain shower and grab bars. The third bath has a tub for soaking or showering, which is especially great for the little ones! All toilets are comfort heighth. New cabinets sport granite counter tops and updated fixtures.

A laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer insures you can always have clean towels and clothes.

The entire unit has new luxury flooring, all new mattresses, and new draperies, along with many other upgrades.

Safety locks are on all exterior doors, above little hands.

A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday.

2 Parking permits are included with your rental. Parking is limited to 2 spaces per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association.

Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.
