Älä anna arvosteluiden puutteen estää sinua varaamasta tätä upeaa huoneistoa! Varaa tämä platinaksi arvioitu rantahotelli vuoteen 2020 liittyvässä vuokraohjelmassamme! Omistaja on täysin uusinut tämän upea huoneisto. Uudet LVT-puurakeiset lattiat ovat aivan kauniita. Gourmet-keittiössä on uudet kvartsitiskit, ruostumattomat laitteet, backsplash jne. Master-kylpyamme on lisätty uusi suihku ja turhamaisuus. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta, joissa on uusittu vieraskylpy.

Tilava olohuone, mukavasti sisustettu ja iso näyttö, televisio tarjotaan täydellistä nautintoa varten. Nahkasohva ja lepotuolit ovat ihania nautittavaksi lahdenäkymistä, television katselusta, viihdyttävistä ystävistä tai vain tarvittavan nukkuman ottamiseksi.

Olohuone ja makuuhuone vierekkäin ylimitoitettu 10x28 parveke. Ylimääräinen parveke-elintila sopii täydellisesti rannalomaasi. Illasta aaltojen ja majesteettisten auringonlaskujen ääniin tai rentoudu kiesituoleilla ja nauti auringosta.

Keittiö / ruokailutila tarjoaa täysin uusitun keittiön suurella vastakorkeudella varustetulla aamiaisbaarilla ja päivitetyillä laitteilla, kuten vierekkäin varustetulla jääkaapilla suodatetulla jäällä ja vedenjakelulaitteella, keittoastialla, mikroaaltouunilla ja astianpesukoneella. Ruokapöydässä on suuri rannikkopuinen ruokapöytä penkillä ja 4 tuolia. Aamiaisbaarissa on 4 lisätuolia.

Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky, pääsy parvekkeelle, näkymät lahdelle ja taulutelevisio. Mukana on oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta ja oma vieraskylpy. Vieraskylpyhuoneessa on uusittu kauniit laatta ympäröivät, kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä ja lasiovet.

Amazing Vacation Condo!

We absolutely loved our time in this condo. The view of the sunrise and sunsets, the easy access to the beach all hours of the day, the complimentary chairs and umbrella as well as parking space, the beach toys and wagon, the beautiful rooms and living space….it was all perfect!!! The condo is in a quieter area of the Panama strip which we liked a lot after having driven down near Pier Park. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to use your great condo! We loved it!!!

Amazing stay

This property is awesome. From the huge deck we saw many different sea creatures. Dolphins, stingray, manatee and yes a few shark. Chairs and umbrella that came with the rental was a great bonus. We will definitely rent again if we go back. The only issue was the hot tub was broke until our last night.

1st week of Summer 2024 Smashing!

This is one of the best condos I've ever rented. The owners did a superb job remodeling the unit and furnishing it with all the right pieces, the best being a high top table on patio to see the view over the railing, 2 huge recliners, which you rarely find in a rental, and a high end super comfortable leather sofa. So many attentions to detail. The views and sounds of the sea are unmatched. I will be back and will highly recommend.

Need more transparency

The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. But, everything else about Tropic Winds condos was very disappointing. First off, please be aware the condo is only about 1150 square feet. The photos make it look much larger and if we would have had 6 adults, it would have been very crowded! Secondly, the parking is the worse! As long as you are driving a mid-size car, then you are fine. How this parking garage passed inspection for the parking spaces sizes in hard to comprehend. Where this place is located, there are NO restaurants or attractions that are within walking distance. So, you have to get in your car to go anywhere. We had a van and we just said a small prayer before pulling into the garage every time! NIGHTMARE! If you have a SUV or large car, you will not be happy. Those notes should be listed somewhere in the listing, along with the square footage of the unit. Now let’s add the elevators to the mix! The average wait time was 10-15 minutes and there are 3 elevators. The very small pool smelled so bad of chlorine, we couldn’t get in. This is a hard review to write because the condo was lovely, but everything else to do with the condo was not. We left a day early. I emailed the management company before we left and never received an apology or even a response. We will never be back. We heard many people on the beach with the same complaints we had. Also, remember you cannot walk to anything, except Mike’s Diner. If you can find another location, it would be best.

Beach life at its best

Our week at the beach was just about perfect. The condo had plenty of room for 4 of us. Easy process with Greta’s Beach Rentals. They communicated well prior to our stay abs when we arrived. The app made things easy. The parking garage has a low ceiling and car top carriers won’t fit.

Great Beach Experience

The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was even super comfortable which was a first for us at the beach. The only complaint we had was that the no smoking policy wasn't enforced on balconies and the beach like we hoped due to asthma but we still would come back again to stay.

Super Relaxing Stay

Condo Tropic Winds 1604 is as advertised. It was very clean. Everything you need is there. The balcony is great with several different seating arrangements and even though it was only my husband and me, we had the choice of two loungers, a small seating area, and the awesome tall bar-style seating with four chairs for watching sunsets. The condo is so easy to manage with lovely minimalist decor. There were not a lot of knick.knacks to move or accidentally knock over. The managing company was the best. Johnny communicated via text and didn't worry you with calls. We actually checked and were able to purchase an extra night. I highly recommend this property. Columbus, GA.

We had a group of 20 family that all stayed at Tropic Winds in different condos. They accommodated is getting beach chairs together. We all had a great time. Our condo, 1604, was lovely!
