You'll love the beachfront open floor plan great room! There is a queen sized sleeper sofa and two overstuffed armchairs for your relaxation. All the TVs in this property have Roku streaming in HD for your entertainment. Lux Speed high speed Wi-fi is also provided throughout the property so, bring your devices so you can surf by the surf!

The dining area is adjacent to the seating area and seats 4 at the dining table and has more seating for 4 at the bar. The table is a great place for game night or playing cards with your group.

Step out the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony from the great room, the views are endless! There is plenty of seating and tables here for having coffee in the morning or drinks at sunset or just relaxing the day away!

The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. The spacious Ocean Palms Main Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a single vanity with plenty of storage space, and an elegantly tiled walk-in shower.

The Sunshine Shores Second Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in sunny yellow tones and has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway so it's great for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa in the great room, too.

All bedrooms have flat screens TVs with Roku and high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a stack washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
