This property was great for a long weekend getaway. The condo was a nice/short walking distance from the beach access and nearby restaurants. There were plenty of places to walk our dog around the condos. The pools were well maintained and not overcrowded. The host provided clear and simple check-in/check-out instructions and responded in a timely manner. There is only 1 full bathroom and it is a little dated but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The beach wagon provided was handy, especially if you forget your own like we did!

Overall a good place to stay if you plan on being out most of your trip. However, my biggest concerns was the mold in the bathroom, the sliding glass door was hard to open and every few cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself.

Portside Resort is always a fantastic place to stay. This unit was super clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping options. We had everything we needed at the house. The host was very kind and communicative.

Nice stay for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Pools were very nice, clubhouse was a nice close option with pingpong and pool table. Kurtis was a great host and very responsive. As for things that could be improved: Beds are very squeaky, especially the master bed. We had issues with small black bugs in the kitchen all week. Unit could also use a deep clean more frequently as the floors were very dirty and there were a lot of large cobwebs throughout the unit. Also, there was a decent amount of dust buildup on the bathroom exhaust fans and ceiling fans in the unit. I did use the vacuum to take care of these issues since the cleaning company did not. We did have issues at check in as the unit was not ready at the promised time. Kurtis tried to make things right for us by sending pizza, however it was inconvenient for us to sit in the car with children and pets in the midst of 90 degree heat waiting for the cleaners to finish their job, which was obviously rushed. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time at the unit and the amenities offered at Portside Resort, which was a great location close to the beach and many businesses in PCB.

Portside was very nice. Loved the one heated pool there. And the other two pools and hot tub were nice as well. Beach was just across the street! The condo was nicely decorated. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The green sofa and love seat were okay but the cushions need to be updated as they have lost their fullness. Kurtis who owns the property was awesome and was very responsive if ever we had any questions or needed anything. All in all, it was a great stay! Thank You Kurtis for letting us stay at your place.

Great place to stay

Had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. Prompt response from owner via messenger and phone to questions asked. Proximity to pool and beach is great. Clubhouse supplies puzzles, books, pool table and pink ping. Walking distance to tennis court where locals play pickle ball. Multiple places to eat as seafood is wonderful. Site seeing at St Andrews, Camp Helen a must in driving distance. We even drove to Alabama to visit USS Alabama. Double size bunk beds in guest room for company. Definitely looking forward to returning! (If available after this great review😂)
