A spacious Granite Island overlooks a large Dining Table which seats 6. An additional 4 people can be seated at the Island. The Unit includes a Fireplace, Large covered balcony with sofa and coffee table, Tv's in each bedroom as well as a 55 inch in the Family room. Your guest package includes Cable TV (HBO), Internet, and use of the Community amenities (2 pools, fitness center, gas grills). Just minutes to Pier Park shopping complex, Gulf World, Zoo, World Class Golfing, Water Sports, etc. The resort provides Direct Beach Access including a Beach Front Tiki Bar and a Beach Vendor where Chair and Water activities can be scheduled. Use of Beach chairs, umbrellas, a 10x10 tent and ice chest is included with your stay.

Amazing stay

No wifi for the whole week, which meant we couldn’t lock our door because there was only one key and we had 2 separate parties staying in the room. Also not a 3 bedroom. The 3rd room was locked, I’m guessing as the owners closet. Otherwise, great stay, had supplies

Fun in the sun

The property was great for our family vacation. There were five of us and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony was also nice and comfortable. The owner was fast to respond to our questions. The condo was also stocked with supplies needed to start the week including beach accessories. Would recommend this condo.

Family Vacation

Took my three adult grandkids and a great granddaughter for a family vacation. Unit was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with. All in all, an excellent experience.

July 4th Getaway

Unit was perfect. Great location. No issues at all. Derrick was very prompt with responding to any questions we had. Had great beach view from balcony and windows for the fire works. We enjoyed both pools and had a bqq night on the provided grill. We will definitely be staying here again.

Grate location easy beach access and the owner was more than helpful it was also very clean and lots of room to just relax the balcony was a hit with my teens they had a blast people watching and just hanging out im sure we will stay here again I give it a 9 out of 10 the only reason not a 10 the elevators took a while during busy hours the could definitely use a couple more elevators

I emailed Derrick to let him know that we were interested in staying at his condo with my family. He emailed me back each time very quickly whenever I had a question. We stayed for three days. The condo was extremely beautiful when we walked in and it smelled beautifully too! It was extremely well-stocked. Everything was perfect!! Very clean and well decorated! Highly recommend!! We will staying again on our next trip to PCB!
