Oletko koskaan yöpynyt lomakeskuksessa, jossa jouduit viettämään liikaa aikaa käytettävissä olevan tilan etsimiseen päivittäin? Ei enempää! Tropic Winds Unit 2105 tarjoaa oma pysäköintialue jopa 2 autolle. Ei hakua, ja saat viettää enemmän stressitöntä aikaa nauttimalla lomasta.

Varaa majoitus tässä upeassa, 2 makuuhuoneessa, 2 kylpyhuoneessa, 21. kerroksessa, Persianlahden edessä sijaitsevassa huoneistossa. Kun kävelet ensimmäistä kertaa ovessa, huomaat heti avoimen pohjapiirroksen ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Persianlahden smaragdinvihreälle vesille. Rakastat kaikissa huoneissa olevaa laattalattiaa (eikä likaisia mattoja käsitellä). Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittiset. Tämä keittiö on varustettu kaikilla pienillä ja isoilla kodinkoneilla varustetuilla kodinkoneilla.

Ruokailutilassa on kaunis puinen pöytä, jossa on kuusi istuinta, neljä tuolia ja penkki. Tiskillä on enemmän istumatiloja, joissa on kolme jakkaraa. Tämä on täydellinen paikka illallisille perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

Olohuoneesta on suora näkymä Persianlahden vesille. Se on myös mahtuu vuodesohva, sivutuolit, valaistus, verhot, iso taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja paljon muuta.

Kaakeloitu Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, ylelliset lakanat ja TV. Siellä on iso liukuva lasiovi, josta on näkymä veteen ja joka avautuu parvekkeelle. Voit avata parvekkeen oven ja kuunnella aaltojen leviämistä lievästi, kun ajelet pois nukkumaan. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä, yksi pesuallas ja turhamaisuus runsaalla säilytystilalla.

Laatoitettu vierashuone sisältää king-size-vuoteen ylellisillä lakanoilla ja kauniilla sisustuksilla. Siellä on taulutelevisio nautinnoksi. Suuressa vieraskylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä, yhden pesualtaan turhamaisuus ja hyllyt.

Oma parveke on alueen suurimpia. Love the west end of PCB! Our room and property was very nice.

This rental group, Greta's properties, always easy to work with. Only had to call once and they answered right away. We have now used them twice and plan to continue.

Actual Peace

Clean, beautiful and quiet. We were pleased with this location Immediately. Check in and out was a breeze with the app for this location. We were short on arm bands and the parking pass was not present on arrival. One quick call and this was corrected in minutes. Very friendly employees eager to make our stay a pleasure. I found this location very family friendly compared to locations farther down the beach. You are far enough away with this condo to avoid the nonsense and close enough that a short drive gets you to all the attractions, restaurants, ect.

Loved our getaway to PCB. The condo is exactly like the pictures and the view from the 21st floor is just amazing. If we weren't on the beach we were on the balcony. We loved loved loved that stunning view. We would suggest bringing binoculars. We said many times we wish we had them. We saw a manatee one morning, tons of stingrays and fish. We also enjoyed watching the shark fishing they were doing to the right of the building on the beach. We also saw planes and helicopters getting ready for an air show. The free beach service was a huge plus. So thankful for that. We enjoyed everything about our trip and can't wait to get back there.

We had a great time! The condo fit our needs as we were able to spend quality time with our family. The king size beds were comfortable, elevators were fast so the wait time was not long at all and I only have one recommendation which is to add a love seat instead of a chair in the living room to allow for more sitting room. Greta was a pleasure to deal with while answering all my questions prior to arrival and booking. The app was awesome kept me informed and made it easy to share information with my family members about our condo. John and Riley were helpful on arrival day assisted with our parking needs. We plan on coming back again and using Greta’s Beach Rentals! Thank you Greta, John, and Riley! Ron

Fantastic Condo

Our only saving grace is the condo we were staying in. It’s absolutely beautiful with very nice touches and upgrades yet we felt very comfortable there. One of the best things for me are the beach chairs with umbrellas and this condo came with two at no extra price. Of course this time I wasn’t able to use them, unfortunately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greta’s condo. I hope to be back!

Yet it is still close enough to get to restaurants and activities. The dishwasher was not working so we hand washed dishes all week which was not fun. But in all fairness, we did report it and they offered to come take a look. However, we did not want to spend our time waiting on a repair person. We wanted to be on the beach. The lights in the laundry room were not working. We did not report that until we left. The unit could have been cleaner. The furnishings are outdated and need to be refreshed. I want to give a kudos to the young men that handle the beach chairs. They are amazing. The unit did come with 2 chairs which was awesome.

Reviewer Comments: Unit 2105 was in need of kitchen dishes and pots etc. I the renter had to ask for them, along with table and chairs and coffee tables needing tightening up and chairs certainly require new padding. Curtain rods came out of the wall and had to be repaired, not enough chairs in living room could use one more atleast. No broom or dustpan was available, shortage of pillowcases and ones on bed didnt match as well comforter has to be put on sideways to fit bed. lamp was broken and we had it fixed. couch needs cleaning. Tropic Wind Unit 2105

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will never stay at Tropic Winds again. The parking is awful & only 6 handicap spaces for a 23 floors. During our stay when handicap wasn’t available we parked in our assigned space, made sure we were in the line as we were in a large 4 door truck & yet we still received a parking volilation The beach service is ridiculous. We had other friends staying at TW that purchased a set of chairs next to us. When they went in for the day they told us we could us their chairs. After all they did pay $50 a day for the chairs. We were told the owner didn’t allow that:((The unit needs new mattresses, updated TVs, new kitchen appliances, new patio furniture & fresh paint throughout the condo. The floors we steamed mopped the day we checked in but our feet was still blk after walking on the floor. We stayed in this unit for 9 days so the unit would be okay for some peoples standards if the price for the condo was more inline with the above issues. The pictures definitely compliment this unit. The property manger was easy to work with & did forward all issues on to the owner.
