-Parking: 2 parking spaces allotted for each unit. Each guest vehicle must display the AQUA parking pass. Parking passes must be registered, paid for, and printed prior to arrival. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $50 plus tax per vehicle, per stay.

-Bookings are only accepted by guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
