Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers 1,427 sq. ft. of coastal comfort on the 7th floor, featuring a spacious 141 sq. ft. private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, you'll find a huge modern kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining, with two separate dining areas and bar seating. The open-concept living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, plus a 65" wall-mounted smart TV for movie nights.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a 55" TV, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds and a 45" TV—all TVs are mounted to keep the space clean and trip-free. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with tiled walk-in showers, glass doors, and built-in seating for spa-like comfort. With new flooring and fresh paint throughout, the unit feels fresh, modern and inviting.

As an added bonus, from March through October, your stay includes a set of beach chairs and an umbrella—no extra cost!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I fell in love with this condo the minute we stepped foot inside! Everything looked beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The furniture was comfortable and there was still a lot of room to move around. The kitchen was huge and filled with enough dishes, utensils, and pots/pans if you choose to cook and have your meals there. I loved the showers and the walk-in closet was a definite bonus! My favorite place was watching the waves and dolphins from the balcony. Another bonus was the included beach chairs and umbrella rental inclusion. The guys working that were super friendly and helpful throughout the day. The property managers were very quick to respond when we told them there was an issue with the tv/remote in the guest bedroom. Our favorite foodie places were Gypsea Crepes, Panama City Beach Coffee Company, and Pineapple Willy's.

Our PCB Vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we had rented a condo in February at Coral Reef. Many of our friends stay there in the winter. My sisters and their husbands also joined us for a visit while we were there. The location on the 7th floor is wonderful. You have such a great view of the Gulf and beach. I was horrified at the condition of the guest beds because of the poor box springs. The management helped convince the owners to get new box springs which was wonderful. The condo had been “deep cleaned” but was a far cry from what I believed to be thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards had not been touched nor had the carpets and throw rugs. Again the management got the owners to spot clean the carpet, which helped considerably. I took care of baseboards and washed all throw rugs in bathrooms and kitchen. There were no serving dishes but plenty of glassware. The refrigerator should be on the list of new purchases plus the furniture should be cleaned. I can’t say enough about the rental manager staff. They helped tremendously to make our visit a good one. I would recommend this property to a friend if furniture and carpet were cleaned more.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found blood on the comforter in the master. My husband told me later, that there was a lot of blood on his tissue holder in the second bath. The carpet was filthy. In Coral Reefs defense, the office, when I told them about the blood, they offered to send up the cleaning service. I declined because we were leaving in another day. I just took off the comforter. Other than that, it was an ok condo. I wouldn’t stay in that condo again. I would stay at the Coral Reef again, if I got a better room!

Please update and clean better.

Also, there was not too many people to feel overcrowded, but enough to make it fun! If there were any negatives, the beds (in the double room and sofa bed)were not very comfortable (although the we were so tired we slept pretty well :) and the pillows in the king room were not comfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay and will definitely be renting again!
