Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! The Pet fee is $150 per dog. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a scenic 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

About the Condo:
Gulfgate 403, recently renovated in 2026, offers a stunning waterfront view from the primary bedroom and living area! Decorated with coastal charm, the living area has a NEW 55” smart TV, a recliner, sleeper sofa, love seat, and even a dog bed for your pup. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The two full size bathrooms both have a tub/shower combo.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cook and eat meals in the condo. If there is something missing, just let the office know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo, for guest convenience.

The best feature is the Gulf front balcony offering you a spectacular view of the beach and Gulf. It is the perfect spot to see dolphins jumping in the water or relax and watch the sunset after a day at the beach!

Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities : FREE high speed Internet/WiFi, FREE Parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool (heated seasonally) and a NEW charcoal grilling area coming in Spring 2026!
