Gulfview! Recently updated luxury unit with 5th floor access from parking garage. Avoid the elevator rides with this one! Short walk to the beach, nightly light show, shopping, food, all nearby! Unit has 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin Bunks and 1 Queen pullout couch for sleeping.

New for 2024 Season: 4 backpack beachchairs, umbrella and beach towels added to the unit.

There is a one time $85 resort fee that covers 24 hour gate security, parking and wrist bands for your party. A link will be sent to you closer to your check-in dates so you can prepay.

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit for check-in and settling in. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3oz bottle of dish detergent and a pod for the washer. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply laundry detergent, seasonings/spices. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The amenities were just as described and Jeff was a wonderful host. He was very prompt to answer any questions and gave very detailed information about the property. The beach access next to pineapple Willy’s makes getting to the beach very easy.

Baseball Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The backpack beach chairs and umbrella were a really nice addition. It was also convenient being able to park on the 5th floor parking garage and walk to your room, as the elevator often times had a wait. Owner was quick to respond.

Jeff was so informative about local eats and places that me and my children might enjoy for their spring break trip. He was also very quick to respond! The condo was very nice and has an amazing view. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We enjoyed that the condo had its own set of beach chairs and utilized those everyday of our stay. Jeff also mentioned the public access point to us to skip the crowd at pineapple willies and I believe that was the most enjoyable part of my trip is knowing about that tid-bit. Everything in the condo was clean and it was spacious for our family of six. We enjoyed our visit and definitely will try to stay here again. The resort is also nice with great amenities.

Perfect Vacation Home Away From Home!!!

This was my first time staying at Laketown wharf and I must say that I am impressed. Our host was very helpful with all questions asked and made our check in process go very smoothly. The condo was very clean and in a great location. I see people complain a lot about the parking and elevator situation. However if you park on the 5th deck and just use the garage elevator you'll be fine. I will be back hopefully I can get this same condo. This host was amazing!!!
