This 3BR/3BA coastal cottage is situated in Grande Pointe at Inlet Beach -- a half-mile stroll or drive to the white sand beaches of 30A -- making it a great getaway for families and friends. Relax at the pool and clubhouse overlooking scenic Lake Powell. Fish, hike, or kayak at neighboring Camp Helen State Park. Rosemary Beach is just 1.5 miles away from Grande Pointe. Whether you want to explore the nearby amenities or just find a quiet spot to relax, this three-story home has something for everyone. The light-filled second-floor main living area has two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), accent chairs, and a 55” flat-screen TV -- ideal for a movie night. On the ground floor, the second living area has a sofa, two armchairs, a desk area, and a flat-screen TV. Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Perch at the island bar with seating for three, where you can sip morning brew made from your choice of a Keurig or full-size coffee maker. When dinner is ready, gather at the expandable dining table with seating for eight.

This three-story home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, which has a king bed, private seating area, and 50” flat-screen TV. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, separate water closet, and walk-in shower with dual showerheads. On the second floor, the second bedroom has two twin beds and 42” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed and 32” flat-screen TV. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Enter the home from the beach-themed front porch, furnished with two love seats. The ground-floor balcony area has seating for two and is ideal for morning coffee. On the second floor, a smaller balcony has two armchairs and a love seat, while the larger balcony has a grill and a table with seating for six. Additional folding chairs are provided. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Parking on the grass or on the street is strictly prohibited.

Your rental is located at the eastern end of Scenic 30A near wide-open beach access and breathtaking gulf views, sweeping sand dunes, and untouched wildlife. The nearest Gulf of Mexico beach access is a convenient half-mile walk or drive away. Explore the amenities of Grande Pointe: take a dip in the pool or go for a stroll around Lake Powell, a pristine coastal dune lake. Nature lovers can hike, fish, or birdwatch at nearby Camp Helen State Park (less than a mile away). Find local restaurants and boutiques at 30Avenue next to Grande Pointe. Adjacent Rosemary Beach offers world-class restaurants, boutique shops, a weekly farmers’ market, and festivals throughout the year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, the house was extremely clean and photos of the house were very accurate. The porches and bedrooms being on separate floors was perfect and allowed privacy when needed. The only complaints were regarding parking and bikes that were in the garage. The listing stated that the house could accommodate two vehicles, one to be parked in the garage and one in the driveway. Our small suv was not able to fit in the tiny garage due to its size and also due to owners’ bikes that were stored in the garage. I texted about the bikes being moved, but they were never moved. So, we crammed two cars in the driveway and had to park them at a slant to keep one from hanging out into the street. Also, I specifically asked prior to coming if bikes were available for use during our stay and was told there were none for our use. However, during our stay a guy came by and services the bikes in the garage and stated that they were for our use. That would have saved us 300 in bike rentals.

Inlet Beach Grande Point Princess

The house was perfect for our stay. We all had our individual space on each floor. There was plenty outside space/balconies to enjoy a cup of coffee or dine al fresco. The amenities in the home were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Beach access was easy and close. The tunnel to 30A was very convenient and many restaurants were walkable. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Loved the location. Within walking distance to pool and short drive to beach. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed having their own space and privacy on the different levels. The kitchen area is great for cooking meals and hanging out. Only disappointing thing was the dishwasher wasn’t working properlyproperly.properly.

Parking ok for 3 small vehicles. Only. No yard to speak of, but nice decks. Clean, nicely decorated. Enjoyed having the three bedrooms on three different floors.

Great stay!

The house was exactly what we wanted and comfortable for everyone. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There could have been throws and light blankets for late evenings, and towels were left in the washer by the cleaning staff. By the time we discovered them, they had soured, and we rewashed them. It could have been clearer regarding the fact that, although one could walk to the beach, one would have to cross 98, and that is not safe at all. With that said, we plan to return to this property next summer!

We had a great time staying here! The house was amazing and so was the neighborhood and pool. We loved the several porches there are to hang out on. Wonderful area as well. When we got there, wet towels were in the wash that we didn't find until day 3 when we started doing laundry. I think it was just a mistake on. housekeeping end.

Lovely vacation home at Inlet Beach

Nice master-bedroom, big kitchen and living room with comfortable sitting area. Bright rooms. We love the neighborhood. The pin to unlock the front-door didn‘t work and we had to wait until we were able to get into the house. An already known problem but it needed two VRBO employee's until we were able to get in. But overall it was a great accommodation and we absolutely can recommend staying there.

We had a decent stay, beautiful house, would definitely recommend but nothing is perfect. We got in there and we wanted to cut up some strawberries we bought from Walmart and we saw that there was 4/5 of the knifes were rusty, why we do not know. Also a towel was dirty and had to use a different one. Hope that gets fixed for the next family that stays!

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this property & we have loved our stay both times. However, this time we encountered the most unfriendly of individuals in a very unfortunate run-in. We are not blind to the fact that no cars are supposed to be parked on the street and did our job of keeping our vehicles out of the roadways but we had 3 vehicles. When those 3 vehicles go different directions for the day, I did not see the big deal with temporarily parking on the street while we get ready for dinner or whatever is next. However, Karen in her white Camaro called the Walton Police Department, the property owner, and Turnkey and very rudely stated the obvious for us AS ONE OF THE VEHICLES WAS LEAVING. With that said, there are cars parked all over the street in this neighborhood at all hours of the night and day. It is also noted to use the garage as a parking spot which we were able to do with 1 of our 3 vehicles simply because the others did not fit. The one barely fit because of the owner’s personal bikes parked along the side of the garage. Other than the welcoming member of the neighborhood who I hope doesn’t actually serve on any kind of board for your community, we enjoyed our stay!

Greatest Florida home to stay at!!

The house is so amazing!!! The neighborhood is so nice and the beach and all major shopping places like pier park Publix and winn dixie and amazing restaurants are close by all within a 10-15 minute drive. The house is so elegant and so amazing and really give you a one of a kind feeling staying there.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The cons I have on the property were the picture of the back yard is not on the water. That photo is by the community pool, which is far from the house. Also, the house AC system during the summer months is a little too hot. We had some girls sleep on the pullout couch and there weren’t enough sheets for them.

Great neighborhood and family oriented beaches!

This house has a great set up for families. There are several different porches to sit outside. The property is a short drive to the public beach access. The neighborhood pool and dock is very nice. There is a lot to do in the area.

Great place to stay

Loved the place... There is some construction going on and the house is the first one to the left. Pool is to the back of the neighborhood and a little difficult to find but nice. Definitely a go to place for the future.
