It is less than a 3-minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to amazing local restaurants such as schooners and conveniently located under one mile from St Andrews State Park. This home features a full-size kitchen & updated appliances. Kick back and relax on the comfortable couch and watch TV while taking advantage of the high-speed internet.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The dining area has a large table that seats eight, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Plus, there's plenty of counter space and cabinets for storing groceries and cooking utensils. You'll find three bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of triple-tier twin bunks, perfect for kids or groups of friends. The home also has three bathrooms, one on each floor, making it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Each bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink, and we provide plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. One of the best features of our beach house is the two balconies. The balconies offer breathtaking views of the ocean and are the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Plus, there's plenty of seating, so everyone can enjoy the view. When you're ready to hit the beach, it's just a short walk away. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas, so you can soak up the sun in comfort.

Our beach house is located in a great area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Plus, you can drive to some of the area's most popular attractions, including Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12 minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10 minute drive, 'A Wave from It All' is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

Overall, our three-bedroom beach house is the perfect place to call home during your Panama City Beach vacation. The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed within 24 hours upon booking. We do not typically allow early or late check-ins, if requested and approved 3 days before arrival or departure, we do charge $40/hr. In the event that the guest did not arrange a late checkout and they did not depart the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee. 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000. Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay, although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (5) dishwashing pods, (5) laundry pods, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (1) cleaning spray, (5) trash bags, hand soap, dawn dish soap, coffee/creamer/sugar, vegetable oil/salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
