LOCATION:

We are located on the 6th floor of the Sunbird Condominiums, reached easily by stairs or elevator. On property you'll find 3 pools, 3 beach access points (privately gated), a gym, a laundry room for all guests to use, and friendly groundskeepers/managers on-site.

The condo is a family-oriented, secure gated facility.


KITCHEN

This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking during your stay. It includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, and more. If you prefer to relax and dine out, you'll find plenty of great restaurants nearby, including the historic Pineapple Willy's right next door.

BEDROOM

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it a great choice for families. It includes a queen-sized bed with a headboard, a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, two side tables with lamps, and a closet. For additional comfort, there's also a queen sleeper sofa.

BATHROOM

The cozy bathroom features a shower over the bath, a mirror, and bright lighting. Essential toiletries and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towel.

LIVING ROOM

The living room offers a comfortable couch and a queen-sized sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy evening entertainment on the smart TV with cable channels, or simply unwind on the balcony and take in the soothing sounds of nature.

THINGS TO DO:

There’s no shortage of things to do near the Sunbird! It’s conveniently located close to a variety of attractions, including restaurants, shopping, Pier Park, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island, and Camp Helen State Park (just six miles south), among many others.

Please note: Renters must be 25 years of age or older, or at least one person in the group must be 25 or older.

- Check-in: 4 p.m. | Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Sunbird 601 East is a non-smoking unit.
- There is a one-time parking fee of $35, and arm bands can be purchased for $6 at the association office on-site or at the gate.
- Parking pass and arm bands are required by the HOA.

Owners and guests must wear arm bands at all times while on the Sunbird property, as they serve as your ID.

As a guest of PCB Oceanfront Oasis, you'll find a fitness centre, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
