The carpet was torn up and gross. The pillows were so uncomfortable I went to Walmart and bought a $10 pillow that was significantly nicer.

The beach access was fantastic. Everything else was garbage, from the room that hadn't been updated in 30+ years, the outdoor pool that was on the road and invaded by people that weren't registered at the hotel, the staff that was defensive anytime you brought a concern to them, the pull out couch that was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. This was a dump and I would never stay there again.

All around WONDERFUL!

Our family had the best time!! The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and welcoming to us, and the property had so much for us to do!! The tiki bar was awesome! I love how they serve non alcoholic drinks and so did the kids!! We said when we come back we will definitely stay here again!

We never had our room cleaned while we were there so we did not get clean towels. I was also disappointed that the Fire Dance and Karaoke was not available until later in the year.

Not at all what we expected outdated and furniture, room, bathroom, stove, refrigerator, must be from the 60s.. no joke.. left that night to make reservations else where immediately to save our vacation..

The room was cool, clean and had an adequately stocked kitchen. Not food or ice but pots and pans. Not being allowed to smoke on the balcony is very inconvenient. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Overall a very relaxing vacation with lots of steps. We will stay again with grandkids next time.
