Secluded condo walking distance from the beach!

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo on Panama City Beach's west end is located on the 2nd (top) floor with a private balcony overlooking a courtyard. it's walking distance to the beach (500 steps, less than 5 minutes) and you can enjoy this gated community's 4 pools, tennis courts, hot tub, mini-golf, and basketball court for those non-beach days. Proximity to Pier Park, shopping, dining, Camp Helen State Park, and Frank Brown Park makes it an ideal vacation beach vacation home!

The condo is on the second floor with no elevator. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed pullout in the living room, and 1 full bed (it looks like a top bunk with cabinets underneath) in the hallway from the living room to the bedroom. In addition, the community charges $20 per person to use the amenities and $25 for parking passes (this is a required fee whether you choose to use the amenities or not). The distance to the beach is accurate as it was calculated using a fitness watch.

There is nonreserved parking in front of the building, there should be plenty of space to park but if not you can park anywhere. It is self check-in so you will be provided a gate code to access the community and your code to access the condo via a coded lock a few days before check-in.
