Spacious Corner Unit! Oceanfront, Majestic, Pools

Come enjoy your new home away from home. This spacious corner unit is a three-bedroom, three-bath condominium, located on the 8th floor of Tower 2. Has one dedicated parking spot close to the unloading area! Comfortably sleeps 8 (you can add 2 more with the sleeper sofa)! Enjoy gulf views from the main bedroom with your very own access to the most extensive balcony layout Majestic has to offer! Each room is outfitted with flatscreen TVs which include upgraded cable! Our kitchen has all of the amenities and utensils one would need to host family dinner nights just like back home! The unit received updated stainless steel appliances in mid-summer of '23!

This unit is one of the largest layouts Majestic has to offer! Two rooms have private bathrooms and the 3rd room has a close by bathroom tucked away for privacy! Talking about bathrooms, we are excited to announce that two of our bathrooms will be completed updated to tiled walk-in showers! Estimated completion mid-January!

This unit was decorated with the guest in mind and the owners take great pride in how their unit is presented.

The primary king bedroom has its balcony access allowing Gulf Views from the bed! One will also find a large TV with upgraded cable, a bonus vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The private bath in the primary room is outfitted with double vanities, a large jetted tub, and a walk-in shower!

The second bedroom is very spacious and located in the back of the unit with two Full Beds. It has a balcony facing the street along with a private bath, and TV w/ upgraded cable. This private bathroom will have one of the upgraded showers along with a single vanity and a large walk-in closet.

The third bedroom comfortably fits a Queen Bed and boasts a TV w/ upgraded cable and a closet + dresser for storage. The hall bath is located close by for privacy and accessibility!

The dining area is spacious with 6 seats plus seating at the large breakfast bar! In addition to this seating, there is a 2 seater on the other side of the kitchen. In the living room, you will find a large couch cable for seating large groups. We also have a guest-favorite recliner available as well!

A newer washer and dryer are available in the unit!

We loved our room ! The whole building was clean . We saw people constantly cleaning the whole time we were there. The direct beach access was great . There is a market downstairs with many food options . I highly recommend.

We would recommend this unit to anyone. We loved the big spacious corner unit. The condo had everything that we needed. It was clean and did not have the typical ocean room musty smell. It has beautiful views. Very family friendly. The host communicated with us whenever we had a question or a need. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Wonderful condo

Can't wait to stay in Serenity 809 again. Everything you need is there. Roomy, comfortable beds, extra goodies like toys, box fans, more than adequate starter supplies. Miller's are wonderful!

The owners are by far the best!!!

My family will stay here from now on. The owner of the condo is absolutely wonderful and caring. They made sure are stay was amazing. We visit 4 times a year and this will be the only condo we stay in from now on. The condo was clean and very beautiful with lots of room.

Great location and space for our family!

Logan is very responsive with questions. The condo has a beautiful view and had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and most cookware. which was perfect, because we ate in a lot. Great location - close to lots of fun restaurants and shops. Would definitely go again!

We loved the space, very clean and well furnished. The owner was very attentive to out needs. We arrived to find our truck did not fit in the garage ( some construction happening). I called the owner and before I could even leave a message he was calling me. He was leaving a wedding and made time to help me. Trip was great plenty of space for family. Outstanding. Kitchen was fully sticked with all the kitchen gadgets...cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender...made cooking your meals and eating in easy. Plenty of towels...everything you could ask for...proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping...perfect! Just have to remember to bring your own beach towel. Loved the place!!!

Incredible Location

Family had a great stay at this spacious unit. Everything we needed was available. The unit was exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We started our mornings enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the dolphins from this balcony. My large family of 7, including two adult children loved the rooms and everyone felt they had a private space to spread out. I had a few issues while I was there and Logan was very responsive making sure everything was perfect. He even got us a new dryer the same day! Our wonderful family vacation was made even better with the kindness Logan provided. Thank you for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

The condo was like being home, away from home.The kitchen was well equipped with most everything you would need. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space for storage, plenty of space for family gatherings for dinner, games and just hanging out. There was a bar in the living room with a sink and lots of storage for drinks. Bathrooms were also accommodating with plenty of space. The balcony was perfect for viewing the ocean and the beach while the kids played. There was a table for entertaining on the balcony as well. The amenities were great. The little store inside was helpful for last minute necessities if forgotten. Pools were cold, but refreshing. Plenty of areas to sit and relax. The only negative review I have to say, which is probably like most places we’ve been to, is the pull-out couch tilted at the bottom to where you felt like you were falling out of it sometimes. We did add cushions to accommodate the leveling, but it wasn’t perfect. It still slept great after a couple drinks!!! Thank he covered parking was awesome. Logan was easy to communicate with regarding any questions prior to check-in and we never needed him during the stay. Highly recommend room 809.

Nice Condo

This condo was as it appears online, very comfortable and the perfect fit for 7 of us. Loved having the three bathrooms, much needed with 6 girls! Property was nice and had a lot of good features like the movie theatre and the pools, hubby was missing not having a bbq grill. Location was great, close to everything. Property Manager was excellent, very easy to work with, met all our needs. Parking location for this unit was nice, elevators worked great. I have no complaints about this condo and i would stay here again.
