I paid for the trip in full when booked. On the drive down I request check-in instructions. They state I have a balance. Want me to pay it outside of app. I call Vrbo, I spend FOUR hours on the phone trying to make sure I am not being taken. Once I am told it is okay to pay, the system wont accept my card(s). Finally get it to accept cards, then they send an email with black check in instructions-no pass code, no wifi, etc. I call again to request information. They Finally give it to me. Upon arrival at condo, I went to the wrong room number-this part was totally my fault. I stated the code didn't work, but it was because I was at the wrong unit. When I was Finally put into contact with the owner, he was extremely gracious and kind and we were able to get into the unit. I was then told I had to pay for parking, however the code given was incorrect. Was told my car would be fine. Had a parking violation warning the next morning. After multiple more phone calls and being told to use a different browser to get the parking to work, we were Finally able to handle it with a person at the desk at the condo. Spent an entire day in bed with a migraine due to the stress. Condo had roaches. Had to fight to get a ride on the elevator. Outside of all this, it was a nice unit. I have NEVER left a bad review. Stay elsewhere
