Escape to our pristine condo on the west end of Panama City Beach, where you will be directly on the ocean with mesmerizing views. This is a FULL family RESORT with far more amenities and experiences than most.

You’ll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. This is a larger floor plan than most 1 bedroom units, with two full baths, a spacious living area, and a wide balcony with views our guests rave about.

You’ll have free beach service with an umbrella and two chairs (March-October). We also have luxurious balcony furnishings, dozens of videos and games, and a pack and play for your little one.

Emerald Beach Resort boasts three pools, one with a poolside bar, one with zero entry, and two with year-round heat. There is also a full-service popular SkyBar with nightly activities or music, a fitness center, Starbucks, shopping, outdoor grills, and arcade, a game room, and seasonal poolside movies.

The resort has the fastest elevators on the beach, and six of the eight elevators have just been replaced in a multi-million dollar project, making them not only fast but quiet.

2025 upgrades to our condo include high-end chamber pillows (similar to Disney’s), a super cute bunk bed area with cute privacy curtains and individual lighting, a pair of Frontgate loungers on the balcony and some new furnishings carefully selected for comfort. We have also just replaced the air conditioning system and it is icy-cold.

When you're ready to explore, you'll find an array of exciting attractions nearby. Step right outside to the Panama City Beaches, or walk to popular restaurants nearby. Hop in the car for a beautiful short drive to the Rosemary Beach area, or over to Pier Park, where you can shop, dine, and be entertained. We are also a mile away from the new Top Golf. For a day of family fun, head to Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just a 4-minute drive away.

Our repeat guests LOVE the location, the cleanliness, balcony view, attention to detail, comfortable furnishings, and the resort experience. MANY have told us that this is their favorite unit at the resort.

We had so much fun! We parked on arrival and never got in the car until we were ready to leave. While all ages were there I did notice the facilities are easy to maneuver for mature visitors. However the condo had so much to have babies with the gear. I love the Starbucks, snack bar and multiple bars being so close.

Great vacation at the beach!

Check-in was very easy. We were provided with the door excess code ahead of time and the parking garage code. The condo was very neat, clean and beautiful. Everything that we could need was provided in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay.

Yearly PCB Vacay

The condo was exactly as stated, very clean, very accommodating. The owner was very prompt at getting back with us if we needed anything. The availability of the two beach chairs and umbrella was nice to have. We were on vacation with our friends and to have the extra bathroom was also a plus for them to have a bathroom of their own.

Perfect location the view was beautiful the only not perfect thing was the shower/tub in the master it has a deep nice tub but not so great if you want to shower the step in is huge and susceptible to slipping and falling we used the other shower and it was fine I would still highly recommend this condo for a beach trip!

Outstanding!!!

This was perfect unit for my daughter and I for Springbreak. She had her own bed space and place to hang out. The living area was outstanding and she lived in the round spinny chair. Her cousins live locally and were able to sit and play some of the board games during the rainy days we had. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Phenomenal view!

This was our first time at this resort and let me tell you it did not disappoint! We have zero complaints about anything! We found the room with no problems! The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful if we had questions. The host was very pleasant and made it a very easy stay! The unit was overly stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. An abundance of towels for showers and such. Nice big bathrooms, very comfortable furniture. The view.....was the best view ive personally ever seen, especially sunrise and sunset! We had a fantastic time!!!!

Spring Break

This was a great place for my family of 4 to spend a few days of our spring break. We would love to stay here again and I’d recommend the resort and condo to family and friends.
