The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Eclectic shopping, world-famous nightlife, and laid-back dining are just minutes away in downtown or up Front Beach Road.



The living room has a comfy couch and chair, a cable-equipped flatscreen television, and a DVD player for those days when a thunderstorm makes it best to stay indoors and catch up on your favorite television series. Sliding glass doors attached to the living room open up to reveal the main draw of this condo’s location: gorgeous views of the cerulean-blue-meets-emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



Stunning pink sunsets are also well-observed from this spacious outdoor balcony, so go ahead and bring a fine glass of wine to the balcony to enjoy a legendary Florida sunset.



The chef in your group will have no problems cooking a fabulous seafood dinner in the well-stocked kitchen attached to the living room. Modern appliances like microwaves, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers take the work out of meal preparation and cleanup.
