The kitchen is generously sized and well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and elegant white countertops. Kitchen amenities include dishes, glassware, bakeware, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and blender.
The open plan dining and living areas create an ideal space for entertaining. Outside, a sizable patio overlooking the Gulf beckons. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking:
This unit comes with one assigned parking spot. Overflow parking is across the street. The overflow lot uses the same gate code.
Other details to note:
Guests will find a dumpster to the right of the entrance of the complex, after passing through the gate.
