E always stay at Gulf Highlands. Great place. This condo was ok… the previous comments stated that they was a glass broken. My husband stepped on some in the bedroom. Cleaners didn’t do a good job. Condo needs updating. Carpet coming up on steps. Vent about to fall out in master bathroom. Besides the cut foot, it was fine.

The area was great. The property was welcoming. The actual home was not. The master shower door was broken and door left in bedroom. I was told they just realized right before I checked in and that they would come pick up door and clean up glass. They came dropped off a $50 gift card and stated they swept up the glass. The door was not taken. One of my kids got glass on her foot after that. They never came to fix the door. There was lots of dog hair everywhere. We stayed bc we had no other choice and obviously were not going to get our money back at this point. This is upsetting bc I trusted this place would be accommodating. Probably last time I stay with private owned properties.

Where do I start! We arrive, get settled in, get ready for bed and the beds are super hard, we ended up trying to sleep on the couch. Big couch leans forward, seems very used. To say the least. My husband was back and forth from couch to our blow up mattress. Day #2, MB shower leaked into laundry room near electrical panel. Our family wanted to enjoy the putt putt but bc our unit didn’t have putter we ended up having to go spend $60. I love GH but this unit was terrible.

Great place to stay. Right in the middle of PCB. Walking distance to the beach and pool. Friendly area to be at. Great restaurants all around that are a close drive and entertainment.

Memorial Week Vacation

The property was as listed. Getting directly in contact with Realjoy by phone is rather difficult. Discovered it was easier to talk with them by online chat. There are some cosmetic things that need to be done but nothing that would stop someone from wanting to stay. The beach is beautiful and the water was clear. Would stay again.

Will NEVER go back! The management were liars. We lost a full day & half of next staying in a hotel

We were called two hours upon arrival to say we would have no AC until the next day when the unit would be replaced. We had to get a hotel and lost a full day and a half due to the incompetence of management. We were laughed at for asking for a refund when we were called before we arrived because the rules and guidelines doesn’t mean they have to abide by them. We were given a $100 gift card to accommodate the $300 hotel we had to get on the day we arrived because my husband , myself, our 2 teenage daughters and our dog could not stay in our 90 degree condo. On our anniversary ( the main reason we went on vacation) we sat watching the ac be put in by three men the next day when we check out of a hotel! The floors were black from being dirty. The condo smelled like shrimp and dog pee! We had to clean the condo in order to stay. It was horrible! But the beach, restaurants and our hotel was nice! But we won’t be back to Panama nor will we book thru this place again. They definitely ripped us off. It’s sad and I’m sad and upset and angry for paying for four days to only get one entire day and a half of the other! It was the worst vacation! No memories made and no anniversary! Lesson learned! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
