I mean... For a place I booked less than 24 hours in advance it worked for my scenario. However the room was very old, the door handle of the bathroom was loose the taps in the bathroom were reversed between cold and hot the balcony door would not stay open to allow breeze in and one of the restaurants in the hotel was closed the entire time I was there. The walls were also super thin I could hear my neighbors children playing and screaming and laughing. They were some outdoor areas to sit but they need an update for sure they are falling apart and cracking. There are three pools but one of them was closed the entire time I was there. The only place to get ice is the one restaurant area and they only allow you to fill a small bucket at a time there's no large ice machines or options to buy bags of ice. They come and check everyday to see if you need towels and toilet paper however there's no sign on the door you can put to say "do not disturb" and someone woke me up in the middle of a nap just to deliver toilet paper and towels that I did not need on my second day there.

The view was great ( from the hotel window) no balcony without opening the main door. Property is old and definitely needs some improvement. Staff could have not been better…. But it’s very dated and walls are very thin-so not much privacy. All I can say is, it was clean, staff was great, and service was good.

I have stayed here multiple times and it has never disappointed… don’t expect the ritz, it is a regular beach hotel, not fancy. But it is always clean, nice, on the beach and they have great staff.

EVERYTIME WE WANTED TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT IT WAS CLOSED. DOG FRIENDLY WAS AN OVERSTATMENT. THERE WERE HUGE DOGS EVERYWHERE I CANT BELIEVE YOU CAN MAINTAIN A HOTEL WITH BIG DOGS. I LOVE ANIMALS, BUT I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE A WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS. POSSIBLY WHY THE ROOMS WERE SO DIRTY. ALSO NO INTERNET OR CABLE SO YOU CANT USE THE TINY TV IN THE ROOM. CERTAINLY CANT SEE IT FROM THE BED. ASKED FOR MORE TOWELS AND PILLOWS AND NEVER GOT THEM.

When I booked the room, I called to see if I could check in early. The young lady that answered the phone was very nice and said of course I could check in early. They were not busy at all and it would not be a problem. I ask if there would be an additional charge and she said no. Upon my arrival, it was a very different story. The person working was rude, short, and would not honor the early check in unless I paid full price for the room she seemed to be annoyed because she was the only one working and was anxious to get her 1 hour lunch at noon. She informed me that she planned to lock the door and wouldn’t be back until after her lunch. I drove a long way with my pet in my car and didn’t have any other choice but to pay the additional room fee. I would not have left home as early had I known this was going to be the case. Very disappointed in the front desk tenant. She was rude and not hospitable or helpful at all.

The front desk lady was so helpful in suggesting things to do for a birthday at the end of December in the area. She was very kind as well. The suite we got was absolutely clean and had the best view of the ocean from our private balcony. This resort had everything I was looking for at the best price I have ever paid for a place with this many things to offer. I was very pleased that the pools were still open at the end of December. There is an onsite bar called the rusty anchor that was a very cool place for the adults to chill. They have a food court and restaurant and arcade room for the kiddos. We WILL be staying again for spring break!

Took us almost 1hr to get someone on front desk to check in and desk servicewas very rude, also door card will not work and have to go back 3 time to front desk to get card activated. Room was dirty and rooms are not sound proof the person's staying bext door spend all night talking and moving furniture around, i think they were high on drugs will not stay on that hotel never again and will not recommend to my friends

The stay was great other than rooms need updating as most places do. Also, the on site restaurants need signage on the doors or hotel website stating off season closures or operating hours. We were only steps from the beach. One more thing is we smelled pot. Don't know if it just had that smell or someone was smoking a lot of pot in the area. No one should have to smell that sh** if they don't want to. I didn't want to.
