I was very excited about staying here again. We stayed here last year and it was great!! Unfortunately, this year, not so much. I really enjoy the fact that they allowed dogs with no outrage this extra fees, last year. This year, I was charged $200 in fees. I'm not sure if it was because most of my trip was paid for through my Expedia points or what. Once We checked into our room, there was a big puddle in the floor. We called the front desk and they sent someone to come fix the problem.. which they did. Unfortunately, it was only a temporary fix. The flooding came back the very next day. My daughter also stayed here but on the top floor of the same building.Her room flooded so bad she could not walk without having to walk through puddles of water just getting out of bed the next morning, after the first night. She was able to get a full refund thankfully and was able to book another hotel that was pet friendly. We stayed at the hotel because I do love the area, and the staff is very nice... but it was very embarrassing, after how much I bragged about this hotel to my daughter that all of this happened to us. I will not be going back here next year unfortunately and I hate that

Great, easy stay. We went for a weekend girls trip and it was just what we needed. The pool and Bar were great for relaxing. The hotel itself ciuld use some updating but over all it is a great stay.

This place is horrible. Outdated, extremely rude customer service at front desk. Unsafe. No parking. If you looking just for a cheap place or can't afford much this would be a good fit. I would rather pay double the price to stay somewhere nice. Worst experience ever!!!!
