Welcome to the Gwaltney Historical House Cottage, a quaint and comfortable guest house located in the heart of Panama City’s historic district. Our cottage is just 300 feet from the serene and beautiful Saint Andrew’s Bay, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves, the sight of the birds, and the feel of the sand. You can also stroll over to Beck Street or St Andrew's Bay Park at the OAKS, where you can find charming shops, cafes, and restaurants.

We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy Gulf side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement.

Three massive 100-year-old OAKS adorn the property covered in Spanish Moss with Norman Rockwell vibes. Enjoy while you sit on the porch, the Beauty of our very own historic 9th Street and the most famous tropical gardens in Panama City right across the street. You won't find this beauty on any other street in Panama City,

Cozy, quaint, bay access just 50 yards away, claw foot tub, King bed, Queen fold-out, a comfy sofa, and recliners with full kitchen very welcoming. We have an outdoor shower in the summer and a pool. Lounge around in the front yard for people watching in our little town of St Andrew's where the locals ride their bikes, walk their dogs. Head to the farmers market at the end of 9th st for some good 'ol local flavor. We have fast WiFi, an assortment of channels Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Peacock, Discovery +, and more. Don't miss this one-of-a-kind historic district cottage.

Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. You’ll have your own private cottage seperate and away from the main home, parking space, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. You’ll also have access to our lovely garden, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. We are pet-friendly as well.
