This place is amazing value! Our room was huge and included a kitchen, it was right on the beach with a nice balcony with gorgeous ocean views. For the price we paid, I was more than happy to have stayed here!

Hotel was unclean. Sand and dirt all on the floors which made me have to wipe my feet off everytime I was in and out of bed. Also, we found clothing underneath the bed that belonged to the previous occupant. Very gross finding old socks in our room.

We’ve always enjoyed staying here before . But this year our rooms (we rented 3) were very musty smelling, bathroom doors at the bottom were peeling, and just a lot of signs of neglect . The staff were as always friendly and helpful- they have always been 5 ⭐️ . The facilities need a major facelift . I also found it inconvenient to have to go sign out an iron and hairdryer for my room.

We stay here twice a year at least and it feels like home. Other guests are always friendly, and it's a fun and safe atmosphere. The bar food is fantastic and a great price! They did a lot of remodeling and upgrades a few years ago. There is a need for restocking some things like utensils in the kitchen, but we always just bring some extras of our own. Mattresses in some rooms might be ready for an upgrade, but I'm used to sleeping on a tempurpedic, so I'm spoiled LOL. Otherwise, just needs a little paint here and there for touchups. It's always clean and they will come clean for you if you want it during your stay. We will keep coming here again and again!

First time staying at the Flamingo under the current ownership. Rooms defiantly need work, and housekeeping needs to step up on the cleaning. Air conditioner made the room smell very musty.

The hot tub was too hot. They said the law required the excessive temperature. I have a hot tub, and so do my parents and siblings. We all agreed it was on the top end of the legal spectrum 104+. The office staff was either uninformed or unhelpful. Either way we couldn't get any rooms on the same floor for our family. We were spread out across the property. We had to ask for blankets for the beds. They just came with sheets. The elevator door has the door stoping mechanism turned off, I think this is a safety issue. I paid like 750 for 4 nights. Not the most expensive, but also not cheap. Very disappointed in the service. We were scolded at checkin from using Expedia instead of booking direct. We tried to book direct, but the prices kept changing and it felt like a rip off. The bar does have delicious and reasonably priced burgers. So that was a plus.

All the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean with a nice ocean view. The bar was open with friendly bartender. The parking is minimal but they do have parking across the street and it’s free. I’d go back.

The hotel staff is very nice and the location is good. But everything else was not good. They don’t come to clean you room, or sweep the floor or take out the garbage. If you are there for days, you have to do these things yourself. The furniture is like 100 years old. Bathroom curtain torn, bathroom mirror rusted, no blow dryer in room, towels are 100 years old, curtains are crooked. I wouldn’t stay there again.
