Right on the beach. Sun deck was so nice to sit and watch the waves without having to get out on the sand. Staff members were all wonderful! Food, liquor, and shopping directly across street. Property was dated but very clean.

The only positive thing I have to say was that it was close to the beach. First of all when I booked it was supposed to be on a beachfront but it absolutely was not. They sent me across the street. The room looked dirty. The couch in there look like it’s been there from the 80s, the bathroom wall had black mold on the wall .The water pressure was not it. The staff was extremely rude. also, my husband does concrete for a living and he even noticed very long cracks on the upstairs level and it seems very unsafe they might wanna get that fixed he said.

I stay here almost every time I visit Panama City! Always friendly service, maid service doesn’t bother you unless you ask, good prices especially to have a kitchen in room. Having two pool options is great so when one is full you can go to the other. Great views from the tower!

I saw a lot of people smoking weed, and my family and I couldn't stand it. The beds are small. It was uncomfortable sleeping with my wife. The rooms need renovations; they look run-down. I definitely won't be going back there.

10/10 recommend! All of the staff were so friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel is in a convenient area with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The only inconvenient thing was the elevator took quite a few minutes to come down and the parking is across the street if you are unable to get a parking spot in the front of the building. We will definitely be back!!

We love this hotel! The rooms have everything that we need, including kitchen appliances. I didnt like the room this time because i felt like i was in a basement. However, it was just steps from the beach, there is a great little bar there now, and the staff if great amd tries to provide everything needed. We have stayed here fir years and will continue to do so.

First place i Washington supposed to be in Master Bedroom room size apartment, when i was doing my checking they said they no longer have any master bedroom available at the moment , then they found a queen size room , shower so outdated very hard to get warm water, no comfort in the bed , only two thin beds lines , no dish or knife in the kitchen , lot things are missing , area and location its wonderful , internet to stream at the tv never seen anything so poor. I will give 2 out of 10.

The location was the best part of this place. The entire room was filthy. The floors hadn't been mopped, the couch was smared with black stains, there was random brown smears on the walls. The bathroom was the worst! Every single wall was covered in black mold, nothing was wiped clean, there was even still hair on the sink. This was the nastiest hotel we've ever experienced and we travel a lot!

We were very surprised how updated and nice this hotel was. Right on the beach. Pool was clean and they had a little bar as well. Easy access to beach. Friendly staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon entering my room I noticed the floors were nasty, there were dead bugs under the mattress which by the way was filled with dried urine stains. And there were dead bugs and cob webs in the corners of the ceiling. Also I don’t get much of a beach view but I did have a view of everyone showering outside. As fast as I checked in that was as fast as I checked out. I got a refund for the room and went next door to The Hamptons where the rooms and ocean view were a thousand times better!!

Great location. We had the best room for the view. Walkable distance to bars and restaurants. Getting back and forth across the street to the parking lot is a pain. Lots of cars and no stop light. They don’t offer beach towels.
