This luxurious 3 story, 3 bed, 4 bath home is approximately 65 steps from the beach. Come enjoy the sugary white sand and emerald green waters at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This stunning 3 story home, part of The Summer Towne Cottages on Front Beach Road, is conveniently located right next to Pier Park. It’s a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the front of the entrance (Margaritaville). There you will find all the shopping, entertainment and restaurants you will need during your stay - all within walking distance. Take a walk or go fishing on Russell-Fields Pier, just across the street. It’s known as one of two longest piers on the Gulf, walking you out 1500 feet into the dazzling water. Sit down on our third story balcony to listen to the waves and take in the breath taking views of the Gulf. Enjoy your coffee or any meal of the day on any one of our balconies and leave your worries behind. Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, high speed internet, 4 Roku cable TVs, High Efficiency washer/dryer, ironing board, Keurig, linens, beach chairs, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, 2 car carport and more. We’ve stayed at The Orange Oasis multiple times now, and we keep coming back because it’s just that wonderful! The layout works so well for our family with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Having multiple bathrooms is a huge plus, especially after long days at the beach when everyone is trying to get cleaned up at once.We enjoyed dinners with a gorgeous view and love how close it is to Pier Park for food, shopping, and fun. Best of all, the beach is literally just steps from the front door, which made morning and evening walks so easy and enjoyable. Kyle and Rhiannon are such wonderful hosts they always check in to make sure we have everything we need and truly make us feel at home. The orange oasis is the perfect family-friendly spot, and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Already looking forward to our next trip back!

10/10 recommend and will be booking the “Orange Oasis” again in the future. The owners were more than accommodating and checked in periodically throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The home itself was perfect for our family of 7 and fit everyone comfortably. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The views are breathtaking with the beach being right across the street. We rented a car while we were there but to be honest, we rarely used it due to pier park being within a short walking distance (5 minutes or less). The pool was such a nice addition to our stay and was kept very clean. The Orange Oasis stole a piece of our hearts and we can not wait to return!

I would not stat here again!

I would not stay here again. The home has a very poor design. You enter on the bottom floor through an extremely narrow hallway with one very small bedroom. From there, you go up a long, steep flight of stairs into another narrow hallway with two more small bedrooms. Then it’s another large set of stairs before you finally reach the main living space and kitchen, which are a decent size and offer a nice view.The listing for this home is very misleading. The layout is awkward and inconvenient, and the photos do not accurately represent the cramped and vertical nature of the space.

Unforgettable Trip - Stunning House & Location!

The house is perfect! It’s decorated so lovely, it’s well cared for and it’s very close to all the local attractions, restaurants and just steps from the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. It’s quiet, relaxing and clean. Easy check-in and check-out and the communication with the owner was great. We just had the best time! We’re already talking about when we can come back. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate, this place is a gem!

We keep coming back!!!

This was our 4th time staying at the Orange Oasis. That should tell ya something right there. This house is clean, beautifully decorated, and a short walk to the beach. I love enjoying my morning coffee on the upper deck porch while watching the waves. You can even see the beach alert flags from up there. This house also has everything to get you started on your stay….bedding, towels/washcloths, hand soaps, dish soap, plus starters of tp, roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags & pods for the washer. We’ve stayed at houses where we had to bring all of that stuff & it’s a lot to have to pack up & haul. So having it there lessons the load and we appreciate it so much! And the owners are top notch kind of people! They really do care & want you to have the best time. They have a family & have given tons of places to take the kids to have a great time, along with great restaurants to eat at. Cannot say enough great things about this house & the owners!!! It’s why we keep coming back!!!Thank you again for sharing your slice of heaven!!!

I took this pic of my hubby/boys getting back from parasailing. It’s in-front of the hotel/resort buildings. Just look at that beach! All those umbrellas. It’s packed! I can taste the sunscreen in this pic. Now look back at the pic of our beach. 😍

Close to the beach, lots of restaurants at pier park all walkable, the owners were very friendly and attentive, answered all questions prior to check in and made the whole process easy to work with. Third times a charm!

Yup, this was our third time staying at the Orange Oasis!!! We love it that much!!! It’s always clean & ready for us when we get there. The hosts go above & beyond to be sure you have a great stay, and feel more like great friends than they do strangers. We were there in June and decided to come back over Thanksgiving since we were celebrating our anniversary, and our boys’ back to back December birthdays. What better way to celebrate than at the beach!!! This allowed us to see PCB all decorated for Christmas & catch festivities at a nearby park, diagonal from the back side of Pier Park. The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and if you wanted to walk to Pier Park you could. We all enjoyed our visit! Thank you again Lewis Family!!!

A quick walk to the beach! A quick walk to downtown! A quick walk to the pier! Ideal location. Nice pool to dip in and do water aerobics after a day at the beach. Beautiful beach house. Nice amenities. Overall a delightful vacation rental property.

Another great stay!

This has become our favorite place to stay in PCB. October had perfect 70-80° weather, not a cloud in the sky. It was our second stay and just as clean and accommodating as I remember. We were able to have groceries delivered, because the home is so easy to find! Being walking distance from entertainment and restaurants is an added bonus… but the beach access directly across the street is unmatched! While the condo areas are packed, we have plenty of room to spread out as a family of 8 on the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Too good to be true...but it is True!

Everything about this house seems too good to be true. But it's spectacular. The hosts are fantastic! We had our trip cut short by an approaching hurricane and the hosts were more then helpful in making sure we were good and safe!

Perfect Vacay in PCB

Another vacation in the books. I cannot express how amazing the orange oasis is. It’s seriously the perfect location. Near shopping and some of our favorite restaurants (Diego’s, The Backporch, and Shuckums) but not too far from Pineapple Willy’s and the other side of PCB. Being able start and end the day with walks on the beach is a family favorite every year. The sunsets never disappoint. This year we decided to drive to Cypress Springs to kayak and swim in the natural spring. The water was so clear (and cold). Our time at the OO always goes so quick and it’s so hard to fit everything in. Rhiannon and Kyle are excellent host and do a great job checking in to make sure everything is going great as well as give ideas of new things to try.We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach house

My daughter played in a softball tournament in PCB so we found this adorable house for the week for our family of 6 (my husband and I, my mom, and our 3 kids ages 6, 10, and 13). The house had everything we needed and we loved the location. The beach was surprisingly quiet for a public beach, and we had no issues getting across the street to the beach. We loved that we were walking distance to pier park as well as Dusty’s oyster restaurant. The owners were amazing and very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to visit the Orange Oasis again soon!

From the minute we booked this property until we left everything was awesome. The communication with the owners was great. They checked on us throughout our stay and made us feel like we were important to them. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean. The top floor view was spectacular. I spent many hours sitting on the balcony in the evening and just enjoying the view. The location was wonderful-just a short 5 minute walk to a very uncrowded beach and a short walk to Pier Park which the boys (ages 17-21) who were with us loved. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home and the friendly owners who made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories! We hope to visit again!
