This luxury and brand new 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes walk to the popular Protaras strip, the closest beach and the vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras has to offer. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.

As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart Tv with satellite channels and wi-fi connection. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay.

Upstairs, you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and Wc.

Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one double and one twin that offer a shared veranda.
