Protaras Holiday Villa Narcissos is a new, spacious and modern villa just a few minutes' walk to Konnos Bay, a Blue Flag beach with white sand and crystal-clear blue water, located in a gated seaside complex.



The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and a kitchen.

The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa, breakfast bar, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances and Nespresso machine.



The spacious master bedroom is featured on the upper and offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a balcony that is shared with the twin room. The further two bedrooms – a twin and a double share the family shower room. The laundry facilities are also located on the upper floor in the closet in corridor.



Narcissos Seaside Villa offers a large, tiled private pool with a Roman steps, pergola with a mature garden area, comfortable sunbeds, outside dining table, BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night as well as an electrical canopy to offer you a shade when dining alfresco.



This child friendly villa is fully air-conditioned offers optional stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break. All rooms offer ceiling fans for extra comfort and windows are fitted with black-out blinds



Just a 200m from the villa, there is easy access to the sea on the rocky Cape Greco coastline, where you can enjoy the clearest waters the area has to offer. The nearest organized sandy beach is Mimosa about 800m away and Konnos Bay about 1.25km.



Narcissos Seaside Villa 3 is located in one of the best locations of Protaras area, just a few minutes' walk to the picturesque Konnos Bay and about 3km from Protaras Centre. Within a 3km radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, many organized beaches and much more.



Within a few minutes' drive there can be found many beautiful beaches that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months. About 5 minutes’ drive in the opposite direction, you can find Ayia Napa, one of the most cosmopolitan resorts in East Med with some of the most beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
