OceanBlue is a newly renovated 484 ft² stylish one-bedroom apartment with a private balcony and offers air-conditioned accommodation and free Wi-Fi.
Ideally situated on the island’s popular east coast and just a short walk to the sandy beaches, bars and restaurants of Pernera, it’s the perfect choice for your Cyprus holiday.
The dual aspect bedroom boasts panoramic sea views, double wardrobes, a hotel standard king size bed, bedside lamps and cabinets, a dressing table and mirror.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and good-sized sink with a mirrored wall cabinet providing storage space for your personal toiletries.
The L-shaped living area comprises a lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The corner sofa in the lounge can be converted to a double sofa-bed. There is a flatscreen Smart TV so you can connect to your Netflix or Amazon Prime Video accounts or enjoy the many Freeview channels or Cypriot satellite channels.
The fitted kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, electric oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, Tassimo pod machine and a washing machine. Kitchenware, glassware, crockery and cutlery are supplied to give you that home from home feeling.
The spacious dining table has four chairs for a comfortable dining-in experience, or you have the choice of dining alfresco on the private balcony where you can enjoy the sea views and watch the beautiful sunset.
The apartment also has a hairdryer & ironing facility.
The complex has free Wi-Fi in communal areas, a large outdoor swimming pool, gardens, terrace and a bar and restaurant that serves a variety of fantastic breakfasts and an extensive lunch menu at reasonable prices.

If you are looking for a more bustling experience the Protaras strip is just 1.8 miles away and if you enjoy all night clubbing, Ayia Napa is just 14 minutes away by car, (taxis run 24 hours from Pernera, and are very reasonable).

OceanBlue is a self-catering holiday apartment. Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are supplied at the beginning of your stay and are replenished every 7 days. Most guests find this sufficient for their needs but if required, an additional room refresh (fresh linen and towel replenishment) can be Pre-Booked and will incur an additional charge. Electricity is operated by pre-paid cards which can be purchased from reception (€10 per week pre-pay card is supplied with each booking).

Local Area
The 102 local bus service is excellent and runs very frequently. It costs €1.50* per trip and the buses are clean, air-conditioned, and efficient. The closest bus stop is a couple of minutes from the apartment on foot. The bus route goes from Paralimni through Pernera, Protaras and then out along the coastal road to Ayia Napa and then along Nissi Avenue to Nissi Beach where it turns around at the Waterpark and does the same route back on the 101 Bus.
The fabulous Kalamies Beach is only 850 yards from the apartment, from there you have the choice of 8 more beautiful beaches which are all accessible along the coastal path or by road.
