Basic accommodation with rude and unhelpful staff

i stayed here for two nights.. i can't recommend the hotel as the staff are rude and unhelpful from check in to check out. it's convenient to my family otherwise i wouldn't stay here.

Great hotel! In a calm neighborhood in the outskirts of Paris. Hotel was modern, spacious, clean, and had a friendly staff. Easy to get into Paris from the hotel, and surrounding neighborhood was also fun to explore. Highly recommend if you want to visit Paris but not deal with the hustle and bustle.

Great stay and good location

I really enjoyed this hotel as it had everything I needed. The lobby was very cute, there’s a bar, microwave, coffee and snack machine. It was clean and comfortable and I would happily come back!

This hotel is more of a hostel. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful at times but spoke limited English/Spanish and it was difficult to communicate with them at times. The hotel room was very small, it did not have a fridge, no telephone in the room (every time you needed something, you had to go downstairs to the front desk), we had to ask for towels because there wasn't any in the room, AND the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarette smoke, as if the previous guests smoked in the bathroom and the smell lingered. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest metro station and it took about 45 minutes to get to the city center. There is other forms of transportation, like bus and tram but if you're trying to get to the center of the city, the metro is what you want to use.

Decent budget hotel.

A nicely kept property. Area is dull and ugly, and the room was always too hot, but the price was cheap and it was totally worth it. Breakfast was fine.
