We had a really pleasant stay at the Grand Magic Hotel and overall felt it offered excellent value for money. The facilities were very good, and the price was much more reasonable compared to the Disney Hotels we’ve stayed at previously. The shuttle bus service worked perfectly fine for us. We were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews beforehand, but we didn’t have any issues at all and found it convenient for getting to and from the parks. Breakfast was okay — definitely more of a three-star standard. It was quite basic and the coffee wasn’t great, but still enough to start the day. One thing we wouldn’t recommend is the buffet dinner. It felt overpriced at €35 per adult (or €39 including one drink), and didn’t really offer good value for the quality. Overall, though, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable stay close to the parks without paying Disney hotel prices.

Better vending machine options and availability and a more secure way to check in store baggage before you are able to check in. Also, some touchups with the paint would be good as well. I would also recommend providing conditioner in addition to the shampoo and bath gel that’s already provided for in the bathroom.

Family Friendly, LED lights and wall paintings looks magical, my children love it. The only downside is the shuttle bus in te evening after the Disneys Tale of Magic, maybe, if two busses will come at the same time, people will not push and yell at each other. I can also recommend to add more toiletres like, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. Otherwise, bed is comfy and breakfast is great.

The staff were friendly and helpful the room was tidy however bits were broken I.e hairdryer and lights. The was no hot water for one evening which wasn’t fun after a cold day. The breakfast had good choices and there was plenty of food however the hot food was served luke warm at best. Average hotel but like most things around Disney parks you pay top price for average products. All in all not the worst but far from the best.
