Best house!

We had the best week at this property. We had a terrible travel issue getting to the house, and the property owners went and put our groceries away for us as we would have missed it. The house was clean and perfect for our family.

Perfect Stay

This property is beautiful. The attention to every detail and cleanliness of this home made it feel like brand new. Very inviting to guests and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook in. The location is perfect. This property sits across the street from the base of the mountain and is walking distance from Main Street. The communication and check in process were outstanding!

Great updates & location

The location is fabulous for skiing Park City. The owners clearly put a lot of money into recent high-end renovations & the property itself is lovely. The only downside was the management company and difficult/lack of communication. We arrived to a fridge with no ice and we did not have a car to go get ice. The property manager told us we could walk to the 7-11 to buy ice when we called him at 7:30pm when we arrived at the house. That wasn’t the best introduction to the house! Pretty poor customer service for the price we paid to rent the property! They finally sent someone to the house on Monday without any notice to us and told us the ice maker was broken, no offer for ice trays or anything else. The second floor was also VERY cold (64 degrees) and we were never told how to fix it, nor could we find a thermostat. Overall the property was great, but I think the owners should re-consider the property management company.

Amazing location and beautiful, comfortable house!

My family had a wonderful spring break staying in the gorgeous house. A short, easy walk to the base and had everything we needed for our stay. I hope this house is available next time we visit Park City!

Modern haven next to Park City ski lifts

Our stay in this recently renovated property was more pleasant than we would have imagined. The bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable, each with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of room to work and eat, two (!) comfortable sitting areas, large screen TVs everywhere and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The slopes were closer than we thought. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the property manager was easy to reach and quickly took care of any special needs. Check-out instructions were easy and clear. The owner and property manager succeeded in making our stay effortless and wonderful.

Wonderful ski vacation

The property was perfect for our family ski vacation. Clearly very recently refurbished. (So recently that some of the advanced new appliances, like the oven, took a moment to figure out.) The location cannot be beat! Right across the street from the resort. Would absolutely stay again if we visit Park City in the future.

New clean and super close to the lifts

The place was amazing, clean, everything looked new, and it was only a 5 min walk to the lifts. Michelle and John were great hosts, thinking of all the minor details like coffee pods, and kleenex tissues. we loved it. Felt like home.

Great stay in Park City

Exactly the location we wanted nearly adjacent to Park City parking lot. The house is completely updated. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces in the master bedroom and main living area. Checkin was easy. Heated driveway kept ice and snow off the walk to the road without us having to shovel. Overall a great stay.

Location doesn’t get any better

We loved the location of the property. The communication was great and the manager took the time to bring by an extra set of sheets because we gave them an incorrect number of kids. The only issue with the house is that it feels heavily rented and the wear and tear shows. As an example, the master bath sink doesn’t have a hot water handle. However, we would rent this property again as it was clean and the location was amazing.

Family Ski Get-Away

Property is a quick walk to all necessary amenities: restaurants, ski rental/repair, ski lifts. A 3-minute drive to the Fresh Market and access to a grill were also advantageous! Seriously, sometimes it's the small things that matter; I appreciate that the kitchen was stocked with paper towels, fresh sponge etc. & ALL the bathrooms were adequately stocked with premium toilet paper and generous amounts of towels. Great floorplan for multigenerational family trip!

Great location for skiing

There’s a park next to the library that was also a 5 minute walk (left out of unit, down stairs on the left, cross the street). The park was a great place to play in the snow. There’s a small sledding hill there that’s perfect for the <8yo kid. There were plenty of leftover sleds. Even the adults had a good time on it despite its small size.

Comfortable and convenient

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The house is located across the street from the PCMR parking lot. Very convenient to walk to the slopes each morning. Walk to Main St was also only about 10 mins. Would definitely stay here again.
