Casa El Marizal 2 Arriondas
El Marizal 2 is a rural house located on the foothills of the Sierra del Sueve mountain range, about 7 km from the center of Arriondas and 12 km from La Vega Beach. Its strategic location offers a wide variety of museum visits, such as the Jurassic Museum, Mining Museum, Cider Museum, among others. This unique spot provides the perfect setting for disconnecting and enjoying the active tourism that characterizes Eastern Asturias.
The house, distributed over two floors, has capacity for 4 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; there is a third small bedroom in case someone else joins the plan, and it has a full bathroom. The living room, with a sofa, offers beautiful mountain views. The house has heating with electric radiators.
The exterior environment is clear and easy to access, with parking next to the house and a barbecue area equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the impressive views in the company of family, friends, and, of course, pets.
IMPORTANT: By confirming their reservation, the guest accepts that all occupants must register and complete all requested details in the online check-in before their arrival; otherwise, they will not be able to access the accommodation. This procedure is mandatory according to Royal Decree 933/2021, effective from December 1, 2024.
