Building smells terrible. No central AC so hallways are unbelievably hot. Room had water damage on the ceiling, stains on all of the walls, the shower is a foot away from the bed. I get sacrificing niceties for a price point but this pushes the limits.
I noticed a small roach in the kitchen and a stain on the bedsheet. Housekeeping didn’t come during the three nights I stayed—though to be fair, they might have knocked while I was asleep. The gym room is very basic, and it would have been nicer if they offered complimentary water bottles like some other places do. Overall, it wasn’t bad, and for the price I paid, it was a good value
The staff at this property is very rude and literally treats you as if you are beneath them. I stayed there for 2 1/2 weeks and spent over $1800 at this location and was never treated as an equal. They threatened to call the cops on me because I was waiting for my Expedia reservation to go through which took over an hour or two. Even my last day as I was waiting for my ride to pick me up I was asked to charge me phone because it was about to die and I was boldly told no after she asked my name. I’m a military vet and fire fighter and I’ve NEVER been disrespected in the manor ever before in my life. They need to be reported and replaced. The training or lack of customer service training they received is disappointing and they all need to be reevaluated.
Would not recommend staying here at all.
By the way I wasn’t the only person disrespected like this.
