Villa Santos offers magnificent views of the sea and surrounding mountains from several terraces.
You can park your car in the carport on the property or leave it directly in front of the garden gate for unloading. The well-maintained garden offers grassy areas as well as a variety of plants, as well as sunny and shady areas. A sun terrace with a great view is located on the roof. There are also shady seating areas for all day use and a covered terrace with direct access to the living room.
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning units. The house has central heating with a condensing boiler. The living room has a fireplace.
The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished. Wi-Fi, internet TV, DVB-T, and satellite (ASTRA) provide modern entertainment.
In addition to the villa's large garden, there is a communal area with a large swimming pool.
