Enjoyed the home very much. Sam, the property manager was wonderful. She greeted us in person the first day, and was immediately responsive to a little snafu a few days into our trip, that she remedied very quickly. I will note that the recliners are not operational. I would definitely stay here again! I didn’t want to leave.

We were looking for a place to stay with our family that had easy beach access, a pool, and was quiet and family friendly. This unit delivered on all fronts while still being only a short drive to the boardwalk, etc. Very convenient, 2 min walk to the beach. The unit was clean and worked great for our family of 3.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. We have stayed on other condos over the years and this one was our favorite for sure. My children even loved it. Very clean and organized. The pool was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach on both sides. A lot of amenities were not to far away. The office always answered my question in a timely matter. When we first got there our code didn’t work, called the office and she sent us a different one immediately. If we do get to go back we will definitely hope this one is available!

It was a great location with beach access right across the street and close to restaurants. The main level is updated nicely as are the upper two decks. The main level bathroom definitely could use a better door (its sliding barn door) for privacy. The upstairs rooms, hallways, bathroom needs painting. The master bedroom bathtub is deep so would be difficult for someone older to get in and out of. Shower curtain had mold. The entrance deck has lose boards which we cut a foot. Beach chairs didn’t work or felt unstable. It would also be nice to have beach towels provided as they take up a lot of space when traveling via air.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here! The place is super cute! It’s seems to be renovated recently and they’ve done an excellent job!!! Management is awesome! Great customer service! Three cons-1. The entry smelled so strongly of mothballs, every time we came in or out of the front door, we would try to hold our breath! It was very strong!2. The white duvet covers were dirty.. which doesn’t feel great to see when climbing into bed. Maybe it’s time for new ones! 3. The carpet upstairs is gross to walk on barefoot.

Surfside Properties helped us find this unit when another unit was being renovated. Sam with Surfside met us at the unit when we arrived, was available day or night with a phone number for any emergency and left us a small bag with homemade chocolate chip cookies at our door as a gift for our trip home before leaving. We felt very well cared for with Surfside.

Me and my granddaughters

I took my 3 teenage granddaughter, we had a relaxing trip. Ate out a couple night and in a couple nights. Shopped when the weather wasn't good ( only 1 day). The beaches were great, not crowded at all. The condo had a great supply of chairs and an umbrella (which I should had used). Never got hot water in the masters shower, but I am sure that was due to my ignorance. The rental people were quick to answer questions and helped immediately. Thank you for a peaceful vacation.

This was a Senior Trip for my 17 year old daughter and a few of her best friends. Excellent property, right next to the beach, easy access to souvenir shops, bars & restaurants. We will definitely come back with the whole family.

A piece of paradise

The location of this property is great for families. A short walk to the ocean on one side or the bay on the other. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing spring break trip. Also, loved all the beach decor throughout the house.
