We had a wonderful stay, the view was beautiful, the condo was very clean and comfortable.. the only thing I wish the beach was closer with carrying chairs, cooler, umbrella etc but once we were there it was worth it. (it was just across the road but down the road just a bit to the beach access)

We just returned from a week on Pensacola Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found Bab's condo to be everything described online and more. We spent lots of time on the patio throughout each day, but also enjoyed the morning sunrises and even sunsets too. On top of that, we were lucky enough to enjoy seeing the Blue Angels practice throughout the week from our vantage point on the patio.We found that Bab's hasn't taken shortcuts when it comes to bedding or the bathrooms, as the beds were wonderful and made up with great linens and the bath towels were luxurious.

Perfect

The communication with the property manager was great from beginning to end. The condo is better than the pictures can show; this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. There is plenty of natural light with all of the sliding glass doors, the balcony was so nice to sit on in the morning and evenings, and I could go on and on. For us the beds, showers and kitchen are all most important and this place was perfect on all three. Both beds were firm and had quality sheets and comforters on them. Both showers were very nice and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen is a little small and a little dark, but had everything we needed to cook in several nights. Again, one of the nicer condos we have rented. Will definitely try to come back next year.

Enjoyable Stay

Nice condo but a bit dated. Excellent communication. Views 10/10. Security 10/10. Too many codes for accessing different areas. Nice pool. Easy beach access and close proximity. No parking issues and no parking pass required. Overall no major complaints.

The condo was nice, clean, and with great views of the bay out front, ocean out the side balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing. Shower heads were very nice with good water pressure. Babs was great with communication.

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved our stay. We ended up hardly leaving the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the wraparound balcony overlooking the bay whether we were having coffee or afternoon/evening cocktails. Very quiet building beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was incredible. Super communicative And very kind.

Our fourth year here. I'm running out of superlatives! The condo is clean, clean, clean. And nicely decorated. The location is perfect. Fort Pickens Road is not overdeveloped. Beautiful shoreline. The building is quiet. The pool is large and pristine. Babs (Property Manager) is friendly and professional.

Grand boys 1st trip to Florida

This unit was perfect for my husband three grand sons and myself. Lots of room, clean, decorated nicely & great view! When not at the beach we did spend a lot of time on the very large deck- it was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again. Easy check in and easy communication if any questions arise.

Excellent!!

This place was just what we needed. It kinda fell in our lap. The condo we had previously rented the week before we were supposed to leave had some storm damage and the balconies were being blocked off. We were able to get our money back and this one was available!! My wife LOVED the place and that’s all that mattered. Nice big rooms and plenty of seating for us. The view was amazing on the balcony. Saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. The owner was a great help and constant communication with me. We will definitely save this place and stay here again. You won’t be disappointed in this place.

Great quiet spot!

We were there over Memorial Day Weekend. This condo is gorgeous with amazing views. The water is so close. The condo had everything we needed. This place will definitely be our list to return to next year.

Simply Amazing!

The property was beautifully maintained and the customer service provided by Babs the property manager was incredibly friendly and responsive. The room was more beautiful than the pictures and provided everything needed to allow for a lovely stay. My wife didn’t want to leave and has already stated she wants to return with the family. Bravo for making our vacation one we will never forget.
