Paradise found

We were on the 10th floor beachfront- view was amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was good-enjoyed trivia night at the hotel bar. Ate lunch at Fish Heads a couple of times- awesome friendly service! We are in Pensacola Beach at least 4 times a year and this was one of our best trips ever!

Pool and hot tub and grounds were clean. Restaurant on site is fantastic and reasonable. Rooms need many more hooks especially in bathroom. There is no place to hang towels much less bathing suits. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff was kind and accommodating.

We notified a facility worker that a child had vomited in the pool. To our knowledge and we were around a lot where we would have seen they never closed it down and never came to clean it. The fire pit never did work and we were there for 4 days. The floor that we were on was never vacuumed I know because there was a piece of orange peel that was there the whole time. It is a little noisy but I guess that's to be expected with the lazy River and the waterfall. It is hard to hear the ocean which I like to hear when I'm sitting out on the balcony. We did stop at fish heads for some food and drink. The foods were adequate but they were out of a lot of the drinks that we wanted. Overall the view is good and the breakfast was good.

We did NOT have a beach view. I think if you don’t book directly with the hotel you don’t get a beach view. Our room was very small without a couch. The bathroom was very nice but the shower door handles were extremely loose and one of the toilet paper holders was gone. This hotel’s lobby is on the second floor which was very odd. Breakfast was very lacking. The Hampton Inn is MUCH better. Pool was nice.

Right in front of beach . Amazing location. New clean hotel. Only thing I noticed is a lot of out of order signs all over And my room balcony lock was completely broken and didn’t work. Just those little things for being a brand new hotel speaks volumes.
