Room was clean, especially the shower. Unfortunately, the shower head did not have very good water pressure. Even tried adjusting the head settings. The breakfast was not good. The turkey sausage patties tasted like they were boiled, the scrambled egg texture was terrible, it was bad enough that I skipped breakfast the next 2 days.

The hotel was clean and offered a variety for continental breakfast. Our room was nice, with a fridge and microwave. We had an amazing view of the Gulf of America with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our patio. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel room, comfortable beds with big comfortable pillows. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and a super nice balcony. The weather was slightly chilly and so was the water in the beautiful outdoor pool. I wish they could have warmed it up more and made the hot tub hot. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay

This review is LONG overdue. I would love to give personal recognition to the following staff members: Tara, Annalese, Grace, and Hallie. I took my son here for a surprise b-day trip so we could see the Pensacola Ice Flyers. I had asked the staff if they by chance did anything for birthdays. The informed me they did and asked a few questions about what my son likes. When we arrived at the hotel, it was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check-in early and upon opening the door to our room, the staff had placed a birthday bag on the table in our room, filled with cookies, candy, a toy, a shark stuffie, and a personalized birthday card with the staff's signatures. His face was priceless and it truly made my birthday surprise to him that much more special. The room was lovely and the breakfast was GREAT! I whole heartedly appreciate the kindness and love that the staff had shown to us while we were there. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our trip a very memorable one! Will be staying here again soon!!! Actually we will see you at the end of the month.
