Seaside Serenity - November and December marks our special time of the year when we decorate the condo for the holidays. So many holiday activities in Pensacola for Christmas. Winterfest kicks off on Black Friday and features holiday lights, trolley tours, and various live performances through Christmas Eve. The town has a Christmas parade on Dec.13th, Lulu’s Lighted Boat Parade on December 10th, Santa’s Puppy Party, The Elf Parade, a family friendly event with costumes contests for best ears, costumes, strollers and ugly sweaters. Holiday workshops, like a Gumdrop Christmas Bridge workshop, themed nights. Wake up to your own coffee bar, sitting on the patio sipping your fresh brew while enjoying the view. When it's time to head to the beach, there is easy access carrying your towels and items to the beach, and their is no walking across the street with your kids and beach supplies. It's almost a private beach due to the location of San Souci, unigue in comparison. Enjoy your day on the beach and walk across the street to the well known restaurant. Peg Leg Pete's. The sound on the front side of the building is where you can jet ski, paddle board day or night and kayaking. It's only an elevator ride to the boardwalk. The property has an automatic privacy gate and it's own designated garage parking space. There are carts conveniently located in the garage for your convenience to carry your belongings to the condo. The condo sleeps 6 along with plenty of table and bar space to accommodate 6 guest. Number of people who stay should not exceed the number of people stated on the reservation. The condo is under owner management offering a more personal stay with newly refurnished paint throughout, refurnished living room, dining room, bar, patio, and new special bed linens selected. A touchpad allows you to enter with a touch of the finger. Your comfort and vacation awaits you here at Seaside Serenity. The Bridges Family!

I stayed here with my grandmother for a quiet weekend away and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and saw dolphins! The location was perfect. There is a convenient store right across the street that had a great selection AND a very popular restaurant right across the street. Kathy was so kind and her communication was great. The place couldn’t have been cleaner — both my grandma and I were so impressed by how tidy and clean everything was. We felt right at home and will be booking again!!

Let me begin by saying this is the best condo I have ever visited and stayed in! The host, Kathy, was absolutely incredible. For me, communication is very important, and Kathy responded to all my questions within the hour — every single time.The condo itself was even better than the pictures. We arrived to fun Halloween décor, which made us feel so welcome right away. Everything was spotless and met all of our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable, the décor was outstanding, the towels were high-quality, and yes — the toilet paper was Charmin! (It really does make a difference.)All the amenities were amazing. There was a cute coffee bar, and the kitchen had everything we needed — pots, pans, cups, and bowls all ready to use. But the best part? The view! A true million-dollar view. We spent every evening sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves.The furniture was comfortable and perfect for lounging. The door lock was very secure, and the entire property was well-lit — hallways, elevators, parking, and the pool area. The hot tub was clean and so inviting.There is a Chair and Umbrella rental steps from the Condo, this made things very nice for us. If you’re like me and read every single review before booking, please go through them all for this property — you’ll see that everyone says the same thing. This condo is perfect in every way.Have fun and enjoy your stay — you’ll love it here!

My friend and I had an absolute perfect vacation during our stay at Seaside Serenity. The walk to the beach was just a hop, skip, and a jump. The view was incredible. The condo was cozy, cute and clean. We will certainly be returning. Kathy was so kind and accommodating. There were many small touches at the condo that we appreciated from the stocked coffee bar to the Halloween decor for the October month to the beach towels for our use. This condo will easily accommodate myself, my husband and our children in the future. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely, clean condo in a well kept building. Great pool onsite, overlooking a beautiful beach, and a great restaurant right across the street. Heaven! We enjoyed our vacation very much.The only minor snafu was that when we booked the condo, the listing indicated chair rentals would be included. Turns out, chair rentals are only included during the summer season. Instead, we rented a set of beach chairs from the friendly beach attendant for the duration of our stay.I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Awesome trip

The location is perfect and so is the condo. Beautifully decorated with ample space and sleeping arrangements. We had all the comforts of home and it was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We watched the dolphins from the balcony every morning and walked to Peg Leg Pete’s for dinner. There is a trolley stop just outside the gate (free trolley) to ride the 1-2 miles to the heart of downtown. We do an August trip for my (grown) son’s bday week every year and will definitely be back!

We had a check in mishap but Kathy went above and beyond to make it right. Property was extremely clean and had very thoughtful touches. Being right across the street from Peg Leg’s and Tom Thumb is very helpful. The beach was so close and the pool was great. The kids had a great time!

Amazing Beach Views!!

Positives: Perfect location with amazing views. Adequate space especially since we had three teenage girls, their room was good size. The beach is literally steps away and you can see the walkway from the condo. We just let the girls go down by themselves since it was so close. Our only regret is that we didnt stay longer!Negatives: Upon arrival, my daughter pulled back the bedding of the bottom bunk and there was quit a bit of sand in the bed under the blankets which told me the bedding was NOT washed prior to our arrival. None of the other beds had issues with sand. When asked about this, the owner stated the housekeeper told her the prior guests had left it so dirty that she didnt know if she would have time to clean thoroughly prior to our arrival. The housekeeper said it was because sand falls through the cracks of the top bunk. However, if both bunk beds bedding had been washed, this should not have occurred...especially with sand being UNDER the covers so this was disgusting to us. She claims that all bedding was washed and sounded highly offended. I had to wash ALL bedding at that point to feel confident that we werent sleeping in someone elses filth. There was also a outside hall light shining through the master bedroom window all night.Suggestions: place a curtain on the master window to block hall light. Add more bath towels and wascloths. Add bath floor rugs. Please make sure ALL bedding is washed thoroughly.
