Great condo, clean & comfy. Manager very responsive. Check in easy. We loved it. Only one issue worth mention is the TV streaming service has an issue. It's in and out, and hard to get back once it goes out.

I have stayed in so many places in Pensacola. This the best so far. Clean and the location in so quite. I would suggest the owner to provide a new coffee machine and change the curtain liners in the bathroom. Beautiful back view

Very nice property

The unit was very clean and nice. This was our 4th time staying at Santa Rosa Dunes. We really like the property, which is also well cared for. The location is great and beach access to the Gulf is just across the street. The buildings are spread out and there's lots of green space and a nice dock to fish from or walk out on. Was glad to see the view out the living room windows was more open than the photos made it seem. We stayed on 6th floor last year and the views were truly amazing because we were above all other buildings between us and the water. The views from here were good, just not quite as good. Kitchen was better supplied as far as pots and pans than most. We're weird and buy fresh seafood and cook most nights when down there. I actually would have been fine to not take our big skillet and large seafood pot. I called the property manager on check-in day and we were able to get in earlier than we had been told, which was very helpful. There's no reason we will not consider it again if it's available when we need it.
