Red Velvet Waffles!!!

This hotel was amazing for Mardi Gras! It’s right on the strip and super close to pretty much everything! Plus it was quite, clean, and beautiful! Plus the breakfast was so good!! They offer vanilla and read velvet waffle mix! I want to stay here again just to get the breakfast!

The front desk staff were nice & helpful. The mattress & bed was very uncomfortable & the frame was very loud & squeaky & every time we moved it rattled & squeaked. House keeping came every other day which was fine but when they did, they didn’t remove dirty towels (on the floor) & didn’t replenish shampoo, conditioner & body wash & we ran out of it. The breakfast buffet was very good, it was kept warm & always full.

Had a great breakfast. Rooms are big. Didn’t like the $15 a day to park and the room said it held 5 and 6 people. It had a king bed a pull out and two chairs one being a desk chair. They said someone could sleep there which was absolutely crazy to me. But there was no bedding to support any of this.

I liked everything about the property. There wasn’t a level toilet in the place which was annoying. They all rocked and was unlevel. The two rooms we stayed in said 6 people and couldn’t sleep more than 4. This needs to b addressed. King bed and one pullout was all that’s was in the rooms. Had a chair no one can sleep in an office chair. Which they told us was one of the options.

Only one complaint. It is ridiculous to charge guests at a hotel extra for parking, especially when they don’t find out until they check in. I’m already paying on the high end for a mid week stay. How do they think people get there? Parking should be part of the stay already, not an additional fee per day

Everything was clean upon arrival, employees were nice as well. The MAIN problem we had was the fact we repeatedly told the maid service AND the front desk to clean the room as we were there for 3 nights. It never happened. Even had to ask for extra towels. Worst experience at a Hampton.
