Great location. Unfortunately, pool bar was closed. Hot Tub was broken. Ice machine was broken. We couldn't get glasses to save our lives (tried 3X). So, overall great location and proximity to beach. Hotel itself needs some help and better service.

The hotel was clean and represented well, I was checked into room 316 a king suite, nice. 4AM the air make up unit started to roar and then no sleep! I called the front desk at that time and in the morning they promptly moved me to another room. From there the rest of my stay was very nice.

Distracted View

Our room with a view was not worth the extra money because we had to endure the pool crowd and not able to go to sleep until it cleared out. It was not the usual serene view of the ocean and sound of the waves. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean.

Great check in View from room great. Lotion in bathroom barely hanging. Deep scratch bathroom door. My floors ice machine not working Service at salt was great. My flatbread was great. Husbands burger not cooked to temp ordered fries were not hot. We ate it though as it was still good and we were hungry. Liked the pool options and gym ! All staff was friendly. Will stay again.

I had to miss a dinner reservation due to the hotel not being ready at the “guaranteed” check-in time of 4pm. The staff could not give me an estimated time of when the room would be ready. It was nearly an hour late. The room was nice and view was great. However, I had a balcony room and the guests in a room around us was smoking weed which made my room and the hallway smell terrible. The no smoking policy was not strictly enforced at all. But I guess that only means cigarettes.

Normally, I would rate this property much higher. But I stayed here, hoping for a nice relaxing time and did not realize they would be having construction. I got an oceanfront room so I could have a cuppa coffee and read my book on the balcony while looking at the ocean and it was loud screeching construction there is no pool or hot tub. I would definitely chose somewhere else to stay if I knew this was the case. There was nothing relaxing about this trip.

POOL IS CLOSED

We are locals and wanted to have a staycation with my family to enjoy the pool, splash pad, etc. THE POOL IS GETTING RENOVATED! This was not listed anywhere during booking. This should be very clear to guests whether booking through the website or hotels.com.

Where do I begin. Firstly, I booked a gulf view king bedroom which was nice but COLD! The Heating was none existent. The front desk staff was nice and switched me to another room which had double beds and COLD! The Front desk switched me into FOUR DIFFERENT ROOMS! None of the heating worked. We ended up just suffering through the cold in the last room because we got tired of unpacking and repacking. It was ridiculous!!! I will never stay here again!!!

Slightly outdated

Our stay started off amazing with the front desk lady getting us an amazing room with bunk beds for the kids. Actually, all the employees we encountered were extremely very friendly and accommodating. The issues we had were with the rooms itself. We were there when temps dropped to the single digits and the heaters did not work. It actually blew cold air in. Tech guy came but mentioned the whole building did not get heat. Understandably it never snows in FL so we did our best to just stay warm. We ended up switching rooms as our flights got cancelled and wanted to try to get in a different room with heating. Heater worked for 5 minutes then blew cold air again Here are some of the issues we had with each room 1st room - no heat (this was when it was snowing out) - shower door would not latch and remained opened during showers. Floors would get soaked, kids slipped. 2nd room - no heat - toilet flusher had an issue and wouldn’t stop flushing. Everytime my kids or wife had to use the restroom, I had to go in there and lift the lid off the tank of the toilet and try to get it to stop flushing. After a few dozen times, it gets extremely irritating - shower drains extremely slow - sink drains extremely slow and fills up. Sucks to be the last person brushing teeth. Overall, the people working here were great! The hotel rooms definitely needs some maintenance and remodel as most of the work done to repair items such as toilet, shower doors, etc appear to be done by amateurs
