Quick family getaway

This home was very well decorated and appointed. It was in a quiet part of the resort, surrounded by nature. It had everything we needed for our stay. Short walk down to the beach and quick drive to Orange Beach, Alabama.

Rental properties was unclean and was a severe infestation of sewer flies. They undermined my concerns although they sent someone to clean and they were not very thorough and hardly spent anytime cleaning the thousands of sewer flies we had to sweep up I am so sad we will never come back to this place!

We came for vacation for 5 nights. We fell in love with the property! Love the little bungalows, the pool, tiki bar, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!! It not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. We will definitely be back!

Property is exactly as described

It is evident the owners took time and consideration into decorating, even with local art. The description in the listing is spot on with what you will actually see when you arrive. Things that could be improved? We were there 4 nights and only received 3 dishwasher pods and no dish washing soap. Also only received 3 trash bags, poor quality and one ripped when removing it from the trash can. At the end of the stay you have to walk the trash to the dumpsters located on the opposite side of the resort. One day the water stopped while my son was in the shower. I contacted the management office and their response was “that is a Purple Parrot issue, not ours”.

Overall a good experience. Kitchen floor was sticky. Reported the sticky floor and property manager offered to have housekeeping come. Live music was nice. Parking is limited and not convenient to the condo when you have lots of luggage. Couches and carpet need cleaning. Could use pest control services. Nice, convenient complex for the most part.

short notice summer vaca

Met or exceeded the pictures and reviews on line, fun property right down the street from the beaches. Big pool for the the kids, 2 story house was great for our crew of 5, could have held more comfortably and the people at the property from the bar to check in were all great.
