Ocean Breeze East, directly on the gulf, is perfect for those who enjoy small complexes. The building has 31 units with a Gulf front swimming pool and a large sun deck. The unit features direct beachfront walk-out balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy direct views of the sugar white sand and gulf waters from your private beach front balcony! This low density condo complex is on the east end of Perdido Key, conveniently located near local shops and restaurants.



This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The living area has a comfortable sofa and chairs, flat screen TV, and access to the beachfront balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Sliding glass doors open to the covered balcony and outdoor seating. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony. Don’t be surprised when you see dolphins swimming and frolicking in the gulf waters below! The dining area has a table and seating for 4, there is also a bar counter with 2 bar seats.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances.



The master suite has sliding glass patio doors leading out to the balcony with amazing gulf views, a plush king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV, curtains, and chest of drawers. The master en-suite bath includes a tub/shower combo, toilet and sink vanity. The second bedroom features a full/twin bunk combo with a twin trundle and a separate full size bed. night stand, dresser, table lamps and a flat screen tv. This bedroom has access to the hallway full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo, toilet and vanity with sink.



The full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room as you enter the condo.



This unit includes access to all the amenities offered at Ocean Breeze East, including swimming pool and chaise lounges. There is a boardwalk that lead over the dunes to the white sandy beachfront and glistening emerald waters! Ocean Breeze East is within walking distance to unique shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a watersport activity area with rentals, next to the condo complex.



This condo complex allows one car, you will receive one parking pass, no exceptions. Nearby offsite parking is available at Key Concepts Realty for two or more cars. Contact the host for information on off site parking.
