Welcome to Ocean Front Oasis! Come and discover Florida's best kept secret when you stay directly on beautiful Perdido Key Beach in this comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath unit at Perdido Skye! This unit is on the 5th floor. The bathroom has been completely renovated and includes a beautifully tiled walk in shower. There are also bunks in the hallway the kids will love! This condo complex is on the east end of Perdido Key, across the street from the Villagio town complex. Enjoy direct views of the sugar white sand and gulf waters from your private beach front balcony!

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) and then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. The living area has a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and recliner, large flat screen TV (free high speed Wi-Fi & cable, smart tv with Netflix & other apps), and access to the beachfront balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! There is also a dining table with 4 counter height stools. Sliding glass doors open to the covered balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony. Don’t be surprised when you see dolphins swimming and frolicking in the gulf waters below!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are gorgeous countertops and new appliances. Dine at the kitchen counter with two counter stools. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

The master suite has a plush king bed, two bedside tables, dresser, TV, and curtains. The twin bunk beds (intended for children) are located in the hallway of the condo along with the full-size remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a combo toilet/bidet.

This unit includes access to all the amenities offered at Perdido Skye. There is a pool, fitness room, community grills and a boardwalk that leads over the dunes to over 200 feet of white sandy beachfront and glistening emerald waters! Perdido Skye is within walking distance to unique shops, restaurants and bars.

For our safety and yours all cleanings will include sanitizing high touch surfaces, handles, and all linen surfaces. All laundry services include an approved CDC laundry sanitizer. This is free of charge with our services.
